Poor service.

It is all nice and sweet for you to pay $1100 but then it is really bad to take care of people. Not only the abortion failed but I was treated poorly. Seen by 3 different doctors that gave 3 different diagnostic. And 1 more doctor who gave me a consultation on the phone.

I have my appointment cancelled once. I waited two hours or more before to be seen. Even if I was on time for my appointment did not complain.

Then the best happened. I called to get an appointment as the doctor said and they couldn't find anything closer than Penrith and a 4:15pm appointment.

I stayed on the phone to get an earliest or closed one. But it was not available. Tried to get an appointment for Monday. On the phone they said "NO you new to be seen in the next 48 hours"

On THE day of the appointment I was called in the morning to be asked to come earlier as the doctor had a flight to catch.
They do not care I had to take a sick leave from my job to come and rearrange my life around this appointment. Then the docteur himself call me a 14:08 to convince me that it is POINTLESS for me to come. That the other doctor has read the ultrasounds wrong. Asked me so many questions that it looks like a consultation on the phone. I told him that we would discuss it when I arrive.

I live in Redfern I drove until Penrith. Got caught in traffic arrived 30 minutes late. Got a call when I was 5mn away they said it is all good.

When I arrived they told me the doctor left.

Soooo when I arrive late not because I overslept but because I had to drive 1 hour 15 minutes from Redfern. The doctor left. But when I am on time nobody cares that I have been waiting for more than 2 hours to be seen. He couldn't wait 5 more minutes!

No refund offered. No pay for the gas or for the day off work I had to take.

Don't come here they will treat you poorly. Sent you in one of their clinic far away from your place because the one in the city open 2 days a week!!!

Im so upset! This is a joke call you to come earlier on the day of the appointment when you spent more than 30 minutes on the phone to get an earlier appointment the day before.

You really do not care that people also have a life.

Went in for a vasectomy. Reception was a bit gruff but once past that, the nurses and surgeon were fantastic. Only a little bit late and the whole affair was zero hassle. Be warned though, they will not tell you when you book that it's near impossible to find parking and having to walk to your car two or three blocks away is not ideal.

Reception is sooooo rude, like you go in there already emotional and they treat you so rudely leave u waiting for over 3hours I'm in shock

The nurses and doctors were great.
Very understanding and caring.
The anaesthetist on the other hand, not very good at all.
I explained to him i have very deep veins on my left arm and hands but he continued to use me as a pin cushion. He then attemped to stick the needle into the small veins in my wrist.... i didnt think you could use those veins to use the i.v.
This made my wrist swell and bruise and become extremely painful.
Wasnt until the doctor could see that i was distressed and told him to use the vein in my right arm that he decided to do so.
Overall, it wasnt a pleasant experience due to this so called anaesthetist.
Maybe you guys might want to consider getting another anaesthetist to do the job so your clients arent left with swollen and bruised wrists, so people can have a good and caring experience rather than a bad one.

Very bad service. Never on time and takes 3-4 hours even after you have an appointment. Too expensive..
