Marion Cornish is a seasoned Lecturer currently working with the Organizational Unit (Social Business) of the University of Western Australia in Sydney. She joined the University in her current capacity in 2010 following her role as Associate Head of School responsible for the academic supervision of staff in the Organization Studies and Employment Relations group. Strategic responsibility for the Learning and Teaching in the School of Management was part of the governance position. Between 2012 and 2013, she returned to her role as Academic Course Adviser for Management within the University. Prior to her current endeavors in the higher education arena, Marion built an extensive experience in private sector management, including her role as Human Resource Manager with Qantas Airways, which she held for more than 11 years.
