I stay in a lot of Motels around NSW, this place by far is the worst ! Do not stay there. I stayed here 2 nights ago. The A/C did not work, the heating system also did not work, very noisy. The light globes was blown, no electric blankets. Freezing cold, with no heating. Found 2 extra blankets in cupboard. The back door lock was a chain, so I blocked the doorway with the table and chair. The hot water in shower too a long time to come through. I was the only person staying there that night. No staff around in the morning to complain or advise of the issues. Yes it is dated, but this place needs a total overhaul. I gave it 1 star, it doesn't deserve any, but unable to post review without a star.
They were kind enough to post me back my jumper which I had forgotten there. Thank you very much!
Worst Customer Service ...
We booked 3 rooms , one was smelling really bad.
So we called the manager to change it.
The new room we got has broken light, so we called the manager to change it.
The new light he changed wasnt good and it was flikering.
So we called again, this time another girl came as she didnt even want to listen about the problem.
She slammed the door so hard and left without any resolution .
STUPID , ARROGANT, UNPROFESSIONAL..
Worst place I've ever stayed in. Ive stayed in many low priced motels. This was the worst place I've ever stayed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE GOES THERE. Bad service and attitude from the reception. Highly over priced and the room smelt foul and was very dirty. Most disgusting place I've ever stayed at, and I can usually do anything. There are heaps of Cooma motels, I wouldn't have stayed there if everywhere else wasn't booked out. Says a lot since it wasn't even booked out. Would give it a worse rating if I could
