Reception staff have always been rude and complaining doesn't seem to change anything. If it wasn't for the good Doctors I know I wouldn't return.

The doctor refused to hear my complaint. He said, let's hear about your complaint some other time. I always respect every doctor, but this doctor is very disrespectful. I feel more sick after visiting this doctor.

Agree with most reviews here. Long waiting times, unfriendly doctors and staff. Only plus point is the trading hours.

The pathology staff is slow. I arrived as soon as it opened, got in queue #11, and I had to wait 2 hours! Definitely very disrespectful of people's time.

Doctor's are always very vague about your health issues. At least with the ones I have encountered. There is no care, no urgency. The only useful part of this clinic is it's long practice hours. The wait is okay and expected because it is a busy area! If I could give one piece of feedback. Train the doctors to care for patients because most of the reviews here do not look good.

I'm a sucker for punishment. The doctors that I've seen are both professional and friendly, it means a lot when you have little kids that don't like going to the doctor. The wait time is the killer. Trying to keep a 2 year old entertained for 2 hrs or more is always a struggle.

1 doctor on at 7am. Only waited 20 minutes. Dr Gotlieb very thorough and doesn't just see you and prescribe you an antibiotic straight away where most bulk billing places do to get you out as fast as they can. Receptionist was very nice as well. If you don't like the wait or need the urgent care straight away, go and pay your $80 somewhere else. Bring a book or ipad and just sick back and wait patiently.

The wait sucks, you wait around an hour to see a doctor, for a 5 min consultation.
Some times you get a good doctor that will actually answer your questions
Unfortunately i try to avoid this place at all costs, so never remember the good doctors name
The horrible receptionist at the front is rude, unhelpful and leaves you wondering how or why they are in customer service in the first place
If you can go somewhere else
i suggest you do

Terrible receptionist for physio service..
Pointless to make appointment at certain time because the receptionist still put you on behind.
I booked appointment at 8.30am for the earliest time since I need to work but still the receptionist put someone else without appointment before me.

Best medical Centre in NSW, expect to wait, as this is a very busy professional medical Centre, all the doctors and staff are very professional and very thorough.
DON'T be put off by the long wait..

Ok look, I see people complaining for the long wait, and others complain that the doctors weren't thorough enough during their visits. What is a bulk billed practice supposed to do? I understand that spending 10-15 minutes with a doctor after waiting 1,5 hours is not what you hope for, but hey, you are seeing a GP without paying a cent. Private practices cost $75 dollars or more just for a general visit. I always had very good doctors here and they are open every day until late. Go in after work with a book or an ipad, sit back and wait. If you are in serious pain or your case is really urgent for some reason do let reception know, however they probably think that if you didn't go to the hospital it must not be THAT bad, to be honest. I agree, the receptionists should work on their customer service skills a bit more.

Not family GP but very thorough, competent and good service.
Bulk billing and long hours.
I didn't wait long.
Very impressed and satisfied
