I bought a diamond necklace from Martin and Stein for $6500. It fell apart in my wife's hand spilling tiny diamonds all over the floor. When I returned to the shop they took the necklace back but refused to refund the $6500. This contravenes Australian Consumer Law. Draw our own conclusions.
