I dont usually leave negative reviews, but this is pretty alarming. Booked an appointment for 3pm through facebook chat. Gave all my details including birthdate and phone number. Came early, still have to take a ticket and wait. Tried to contact them again on facebook, previously they replied quickly when I want to book. Now they just read my message without replying. After 30 mins, I still havent got called in, at which point I decided to take the matter into my own hand and walked up to them. Filled another form, waited for another 30 mins and still nothing. Would give 1 star but at least the doctor was reasonable and spoke nicely. I was looking forward to get a clear braces but unfortunately I'll be taking my business somewhere else. I am sure whatever promotion they do and however cheap they are, the time wasted on waiting would likely costing me more in the long run as braces is an an ongoing process that will take at least half a year.
