Always good hardworking people in this business. Sometimes errors may happen like car got dirty in rain while shuffling cars then just talk to them and they will wash it. This business is very flexible with their customers because it’s family owned and run.

Just picked up my car and even though the service was good I had booked parking for undercover and I know my car was clean as I had it washed 3 days prior.

When I picked up my car the car had dirt all over it. I know for sure my car wasn't parked undercover but in the open.

If I book something specific I expect it done.

Been parking with Mascot Airport Valet Parking for over ten years.

I have 11 vehicles and have them all regularly washed, detailed and stored Mascot Valet and highly recommend them.

I fly frequently for business and their service has always been impeccable. Transfers to and from the airport are quick, comfortable and always punctual. All the staff are courteous and remember me by name.

I always return to a car that is running and warm on a cold evening or crisp and cool on a hot day - and always in better condition than I left it>

Do not park here! Came back from holiday to find rear window of car smashed. They told us they didn't know how it happened,so much for secure parking! So now we are out of pocket for the window and parking. Might as well parked out on the street for free. And yes it was your business because I have the receipt and brochure in front of me

THEIR SHUTTLEBUS WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT AND NO ACTIONS OF CARE FOR ITS PASSENGERS WERE TAKEN. We have used this service for around 3-4 times and had no bad experiences until last night. We (a few different groups, total 8 people) got picked up by their shuttle bus to bring us to where our cars were parked. The shuttle bus rear ended another car at a busy intersection ( don't know whose fault it was, not blaming the driver) and there was a significant amount of impact where the passengers would be significant moved around and it caused a few minor injuries for some us. Including a little kid of 8.
CRASHES CAN HAPPEN, and this is NOT the problem. But the way this situation was handled was BAD. We had to walk from the incident to the car park. Once arrived, the manager (lady) from the company just pointed out where our car was. Without an 'ARE YOU OK' after the accident? A compromise or a worry about the passengers. She just moved on like nothing serious has happened, which bothers me, because today my partner has pain in his back AND a painful wound on his right leg. This is not what we paid for.
Maybe it happens quite often hence their casual attitude towards the incident, but car crashes are not normal for most of us.
