Received a stunning opal bracelet for an anniversary gift. It is really beautiful and if my husband didn't complain about the service it must have been exceptional!

Opal ring I bought isn't opal at all. It's sparkling paint like stuff under glass.

I have brought a Opal Pendant with a gold plated chain on 20th March 2016. My mom had them on only for half a day.. The plating is so poor it couldn't last half a day.. it started turning into black.

Very poor quality.

Will not buy anything again..

We also had our wedding rings designed by Masterpiece Jewellery and nearly 10 years on I can still say how much I love our rings and how happy we were with the service. I had a difficult to work with design for my engagement ring and after visiting several designers that ummed and ahhed, I didn't like any of the suggestions that they came up with. However, Tony, knew exactly what to do and I loved his suggestion immediately.
With regards to price, we also found them very reasonable considering the location, craftsmanship and service.
