Hi All,
Great Rally day on Sunday. Fantastic to see such great numbers. Thank you to all of you who lent a hand in some way.
We are holding a clean up afternoon on Saturday 11th August in preparation for our ICD. Many hands make light work so please come along at 3pm and help.
... Also, another reminder that if you have not already done so please offer your services for a job at our interclub day to help make it run smoothly and on time. If you do not let me know your preference for a job then unfortunately I will have to allocate jobs to people.
We need:
Timers for afternoon sporting sessions Stewards to help our judges in the morning Set up and pack up (Sat & Sunday) + setup for sporting in the afternoon Jo may still need helpers for canteen and BBQ Parking attendants Other
We plan on running a raffle. If you are able to donate a prize it would be greatly appreciated. It could be anything from an bottle of wine, halters, brow bands, jodhpurs, boots, prints, vouchers, a bag of horse feed, gloves, hamper, brushes, shampoos etc. etc. etc. Remember these items can NOT BE OPEN OR USED SECOND HAND ITEMS. Please bring your raffle prize donation to our clean up on Saturday.
