Sadly the reception staff are rude and very un-professional. Just trying to get them to answer a simple question is obviously too much for them to deal with. Tried speaking to them over the phone and they treated me like I was stupid. If you want to be disrespected and belittled, this is the place to go.

This clinic cares about one thing.....MONEY! They are rude and unhelpful. I had a lump to be biopsied and the staff basically ignored any questions I had. I am a medical professional myself and was astonished by the lack of patient care. Shame on you.

I never give bad reviews, but this time i have to. So unprofessional and in-personal. Just money grabbers. I've come here twice for my annual breast ultrasound. Both times i left so angry with the service. Anna took my last scan, she talked over the top of me so as to shush me up while i was asking her if she could see anything obvious on my scan. She wouldn't explain the results to me after i asked her multiple times, i was there because i was worried about a certain pain i was having and $230 later I got nowhere by seeing her. The whole time we just sat in silence, she would have said about 8 words to me and then gets up and says, right well your done and walks out the back door. Does patient care mean anything to you guys??
