Great customer service and a high standard of workmanship.

Mixed my suit up with someone else's. Minor problem if they had taken the other customers phone number (didn't even take mine initially). They told me they had left voice mails on his phone which turned out to be voicemails on random peoples phones from the white pages. The guy eventually rang them to tell them he'd received the wrong suit and he'd return it on Saturday, which was too late for me because the event I needed it for was on Saturday in another state. They didn't even think to take the guys number down when he rang to tell them this.
They rang me to tell me the "good news" and told me they would refund me the cost of cleaning when I picked up my suit for the inconvenience. Went to pick it up today and got very little apology. I then asked about the refund to which he said that was never what he said and he would dry clean the lot again for no charge. I argued the point that I wasn't going to come back in and I wanted a refund but he refused saying that was never what he said, a blatant lie.

This place is a little pricey in my opinion. One shirt and one pair of men's trousers was $22.00. They did a nice job and it was ready when promised, but like I said, the price tag was a little high. Plenty of options in the area though so at least I know for next time.
