Maurice Dry Cleaners

Awful just plain awful , the customer service was bad enough but when you are paying an extortionate amount of money to have just one suit dry cleaned and it comes back dirty and wrinkled and their then lie to you by saying there is nothing we can do and it must of been like this when you handed it to us .. when it wasn’t , gotta wonder how they are still open.

For me it wasn’t the expensive price it was more the fact they lied about everything when they said oh we can send it back but it will take another two days , when I needed it next day and then she proceeded to say we can only take 5 dollars off the price cos that’s all we are allowed .
I’ll never go here again and advise anyone to stay away !

Maurice dry cleaners MLC centre - I was quoted $60 for two suits. When I went to collect them, they told me it was $60 per suit, which is outrageous. Very low quality service and the quality of work is not acceptable. I would never use this service again.

I went 3 months to Maurice at Chiffley Plaza.

Until one day, they gave me back my shirts without telling me they damaged one of them.

It was an expensive business shirt. The fabric torn over 7 cm, and it was ending with 0.5 cm hole in it, just at the front...

I came to see them with the shirt and I asked to be (partially) compensated for it. They took no responsibility, arguing "wear and tear" like a robot (they didn't want to look at the shirt).

When I insisted, they told me they wouldn't do anything and I had to raise a complain to their head quarters...

Go there at your own risks...

All i can say about this dry cleaner is overpriced,
Dodgy and take no responsibility if they damage theur garment. Never go to these guys

Gave them a pair of pants to shorten with a pin indicating the length I wanted the new edge to be at, decided to cut at the pin and then shorten 3-4cm's. Expensive pants ruined. Do not go here. Wish I had checked the reviews as it is obvious I am not the only person

Ruined! I choose the designer cleaning and my beautiful silk dress and coat is ruined. The dress has a pull on the very front of it (very noticable!) and the coat now looks like something I've picked up in a 2nd hand store, when really i've only worn it a handful of time. I paid a fortune to get them dry-cleaned! What a waste!

Very expensive, and they didn't even do a good job. Gave me back my clothes without telling me they hadn't been able to get marks out of one of the 2 items. I appreciate dry cleaners can't work miracles, but if you can't get the marks out despite your best efforts, you should tell your customer! Also the other garment apparently cleaned does not smell fresh. My local dry cleaner does a much better job for less than half the price.

It was the first time I had been to the Mirvac shopping centre and was trying to find the post office. I had looked at the information board and as there was no concierge in sight, thought it was best to ask someone for help. Unfortunately, seeing as the woman at this dry cleaner was leaning against the counter and did not appear to be doing anything, I thought I would ask her. She tells very rudely that if I had looked harder I would have found it and that it was at the corner of the shopping centre. Not only was her 'advice' unclear, she was very ill-mannered.

I've worked in retail and I have never been that aggressive when someone asks me for directions. It's common courtesy to be polite, plus it doesn't take that much effort to give a person directions.
