Max Brenner Chocolate Bar

Had an amazing morning at Max Brenner. The waffle with chocolate was so yum, just like the pink granita! Next to that, we loved the service. They were very friendly! Such a good start of the day.

Horrible, horrible service. I am still waiting for my waffles, more than 30 minutes. The stuff is extremly slow and de-organized, as they do it on purpose. After I have complained they cane to ask me what have I ordered?! Strong recommendation to the owner of the place to change complete stuff.

Amazing service, they were closed but re-opened just for me and my friend to have a hot chocolate whist waiting for our ferry in Manly, 10/10 recommend xoxo

Another Aussie "Must-Visit"! Chocolates galore! Had their signature Suckao, it was hot chocolate heaven. Wished to have tried their many other concoctions had time permited.

If you are after some good and solid servings of chocolate and ice cream, this is the place to stop at. The menu is quite large and the food is very delicious! But you better stop counting those calories for your visit! ;)

Very busy at weekends ... very hard to find table ... but waiting worthy... it was so yummy and quantity was really good ... unable to finish all ...

The food was great as usual. However, staff can be more proactive in their services.

Good food, but the place is very unkept, which ruins the ambience. Will not be returning here.

Leather on the seats are torn, tables are not wiped down, and plenty of rubbish on the floor. Worst part is the attendants just walk past the rubbish without picking them up. Poor training I suppose, which is very surprising (and disappointing) for an international chain.

Absolutely awful!! Rude customer services and very poor quality! So expensive as well. Won't come back again!

Great ambience, awesome menu & the best management. We had a surprise 13th Birthday for our daughter with her friends and it was only possible with Verna's help.Thanks to the Max Brenner staff at Blacktown on Sat 2nd September for making the occasion so memorable by organising the orders for everyone so smoothly & efficiently. A truly memorable occasion for all of us.

Food is always good, pricing reasonable. Would be even better if they had more tea options for us tea lovers. Wish they weren't stingy with their chocolate servings. Staff are good also.

The food here is always delicious but I find it very expensive. I would visit more often if it was a bit cheaper in price.

Worst experience I have had for a long time. Waited 45 minutes for a hot chocolate, when it finally arrived the waitress tipped about a quarter of it on the table. She then smeared the chocolate around on the table and when I asked if she would mind wiping it up properly she said NO!
Ordered a dark chocolate which wasn't dark, but at that stage I had lost my appetite and left.

My first time and the place was a pigsty! This is outside the store, your first impression of the business and it looked more like a rubbish tip. Cleaned our own table so we would sit down. Milkshake was nice, however at $8.80 and it was pretty small...you'll have to do better to get me to go back

The service here is decent, however I would like to see maybe an improvement in preparation quality if I was to pay the ever-so premium price of the products. The counter was mildly messy, and I waited a while for my order. The Staff were extremely nice, however, and I was satisfied enough to not make a complaint.

I think a few more staff on a saturday night is a good idea. 45 min wait on food and cold drinks however it wasnt packed and didnt really look like much was happening behind the scenes. For a busy place i think they need to be more prepared for dessert rush hour.

Came her tonight because we had been waiting to come here a while. As we walked in we couldn't help notice that the place was packed but we continued anyway. We were greeted to the news that it was a "60 minute wait" but we were prepared for such an admission and said that was okay. We proceeded to order a fondue for two and were faced with further bad news. They were out of banana bread and couldnt replace the bread with strawberries or marshmallows, and we still had to pay full price. After paying the 20 dollars we sat and prepared for a long night. All of a sudden a man appeared with a fondue for two just minutes after we ordered. Not only had our order arrived 50 minutes ahead of schedule it also came WITH the supposedly missing banana bread. This lead us to question whether or not the man who served was in fact employed by Max Brenner or whether he was a clown impersonating an employee

Chocolate and coffee are good but the service though friendly is incredibly slow. 9pm Friday night, the place is less than half full with 4 staff behind the counter (plus others) but coffee takes over 20 minutes.

Good deserts and chocolate. I'm just not sure it can beat Patagonia chocolates in Queenstown NZ
