In desperate need of refurbishment. Shabby and not kept clean. Tables were uncleared the entirety of our visit, staff milling about doing nothing. Waffles are great mind.

Never have to wait long which is good. Plenty of seating

Seemed very unorganized, my son didn't get his milkshake until I went up to ask where it was and the dessert we ordered to have with our coffee was sitting on the bench , I had to go up and get it.
Staff need to show more urgency , a few are working hard the others don't seem to know what's important ....
