Situated a bit out of town but close to the University the Mayfield Motel offers basic, but comfortable accommodation. The rooms are clean, if a little dated and the service is good. I was due to arrive late on the day of my stay and the office contacted me to advise access to my room despite the office being closed.
Awesome staff
Does everything a motel should, and less. The place looks old, feels old, is underfurnished, only one power outlet in the entire 2 person room, has a limited supply of hot water that the other clients use first. But hey, it has beds, it has a shower. Not worth the money but it works.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great knowledge of the local area. Older style (quite retro really) but cosy budget motel.
