This is an email I sent through to the Sales Manager at McCarrolls complimenting them on exceptional service.
I just wanted to let you know about the great service I have received from Vishwas Tailor, I am in IT sales so am usually quite critical of new car Salespeople (I’ve met a few given this is my 24th new car purchase).

I came in last Saturday with my son and again on Sunday with my wife, Vish was awesome, not pushy, really passionate about the cars, just an all-round great experience.

You couldn’t wish for a better person representing your organization.

Great, honest and easy service. Did not feel like Carsales man, simply gave the facts and was very helpful and attentive. Ask for Kim!

The team at Fiat Alfa Romeo are amazing - I don't think everyone has such an experience buying their new car! I bought a Fiat 500C from them and every step of the way I felt really supported with all my questions regarding the model options and with all the test drives they provided. Big call out especially to Ignacio who went the extra mile to get the model I wanted in as fast as possible! Fantastic service and even a little "grand unveiling ceremony" with coffee and chocolates when it arrived in from Italy! Absolutely still love my car a year on, too! I felt very lucky to have bought through this team and can't recommend them enough :)

My Best car buying experience so far!! very honest sales and very knowledgeable finance info. no push as i had from other car dealer (especially Audi :( ) Feeling very welcome and comfortable, excellent shopping experience and give me room to think and make decision. I had been putting off buying a new car for over a year, the lost weekends going from dealership to dealership, the high pressure sales calls during the week post visits, I just wasn't up for it.
THEN I bit the bullet and went to McCarrolls Artarmon Fiat last week and met the most genuine fellow and salesman Kim, who was as determined as me to put me in the right car. Long story short after only a week start of process to delivery yesterday of my amazing Fiat 500 Sport with very minimal fuss I can say I am thrilled with not only the car but the sales, customer service and financing process.
Thank you so much to my salesman Kim, Sales Manager Tom and Financing Manager Michael, for everything they did to make this such a pleasant and memorable experience.
If you are thinking about a Fiat 500 and like me have admired them on the streets, you must go and try one out, I was genuinely gobsmacked by how sturdy the car is, its safety features, the finish and the power, it is such a deceptive car unless you get behind the wheel yourself !
