They are incredibly patient, explained everything, especially considering she was changing from manual to automatic. They are all very professional, kind and want to just look after you. We went to Phil McCarroll Toyota with the idea of buying a second hand car. The staff were helpful in showing us a few options and then showed us their new car range. We ended up buying a new car but the experience was fantastic. They were not pushy. They gave us some options and showed us where we could make savings. My wife and I went home and thought about it and then returned the following day and bought a vehicle. When we went to pick it up, they treated us like royalty. We left feeling very happy. Best car purchasing experience I have had.
