Recently broken down passing Newcastle, NRMA towed the Jeep to McCarrolls who had the vehicle repaired on we were back on the road quickly. Professional Courteous Service.

Car serviced and cleaned no problems, drop off and collect was straight forward

Great service and friendly helpful staff nothing's too much trouble.

XC70 developed a hole in the turbo hose just short of Newcastle. Despite dismissive attitude of the woman I spoke to on the phone, McCarrons were able to squeeze us in to diagnose and temporarily fix the problem so we could get back to Melbourne towing our trailer with two dogs. Would have given you five stars except for the poor customer service displayed by the woman I spoke to initially.

I cant even start to describe my dissapointment and cannot be more dissapointed with how my car has been handled.
However mattew and john are amazing but nothing can be done about poor management and after requestes to be removed from receiving emails and letters i still do very unhappy and in 4 days another dealership has fix all my issue that were in the to hard basket eg. A major braking fault, just really dissapoint with Gareth, ive never been a easy customer but i expect a new car not to have oil leaks and a failing braking system.
Just sub par but cannot stress john and mattew are fantastic
