As the proud new owner of a VW Golf, I wanted to take a moment to thank Liam, Josh and Krishna from the McCaroll’s VW Waitara team.

Liam you were a breath of fresh air to work with, taking the time to understand my family’s requirements and guide us through the process. You were genuine and focused on getting us the best possible car for our budget, even taking the time to show us a range of second hand cars to help us understand whether we wanted to buy new or second hand.

A special thank you to Josh from the sales team also - Josh you took a good 45 minutes out of your morning to unveil our new car, walk us through every last detail of how it works and ensure we were comfortable before driving away.

Krishna in Finance also got us a superb deal on our finance. Again, there was no pressure and Krishna explained to us all of the finer details in an easy to understand way (something most finance people can’t do or try to avoid doing).

As someone who has never bothered to leave a review on Google, I wanted to share what was an amazing purchase experience with others. From the moment you walk in and get offered a coffee from the lovely receptionist, all the way through to picking up your new car – the experience was truly 10/10 guys.

I only needed a small thing looked after, just to replace the bulbs above the rear license plate. Nothing was too much trouble for Harry Clarke and his team. They were simply terrific.
