This store is quite grotty. DO NOT BUY CHIKEN TENDERS as they are same size as chicken nuggets and an absolute 'RIP OFF' & dry.
They don't care here as they have the monopoly of traffic. We will be detouring through Mittagong in future. Shame on Sutton Forest McDonalds.
Another tip for travellers watch the McCafe staff when they drop something 'they pick it up off the floor and wipe it on themselves'. This includes cups they are about to serve you your coffee in.

We stopped here for quick lunch todayon our way back from Canberra. The service & food was good & toilets clean - can recommend it

On the long and arduous drive to Sydney, we decided try our luck at the Sutton Forrest Mac Donald's. Unfortunately, we were thoroughly disappointed.

The first issue arose upon waiting for our meal. We must have waited at least 20 minutes while staff were socialising with each other. Meanwhile, my tummy was rumbling. Our food finally arrived after we spoke to the staff and we found that our order had been removed from their system. Very disappointing.

Food was edible.

While he should have been cleaning, one of your staff was sliding around the facility and trudging - not good for his knees.

Do not ask for sugar in your coffee. I asked for 3 sugars and it's like I got 12. My partner also had the same problem but with 2 sugars. They use a large dessert spoon instead of a tea spoon. Coffee was served stone cold. I had to pull over to tip it out I felt sick. I wish I read the reviews before I stopped here but you usually don't have this problem from Maccas. Highway robbers.

Not one clean table and food on the floor in multiple locations despite there being more staff than customers. The bathroom was also filthy. Disappointed to see create your taste gone, but the gourmet range looked good...it wasn't. My partner got an overpriced cheeseburger equivalent that wasn't even put together properly. The patties were dry and there was minimal sauce to even help. The truffle fries however were amazing. The staff member that served us was helpful and friendly enough, but didn't smile at all. I have been to this McDonald's many times previously and have never seen it in such a poor state.

One of the biggest McDonald's restaurants I have seen. Incredibly spacious and very clean, with numerous seating arrangements, including booths.

It's a much needed stop for many people travelling between Canberra and Sydney, people are very tetchy and short tempered when they get out of their cars. There was very nearly a fight that broke out at the drive through last time I went there. Still.. It's a Maccas, busy but otherwise completely average.

Quick service, delicious steak wrap and coffee. Not too crowded. All good. (Options without bread/ carbohydrates but hot and yummy, would make the experience perfect)

Good spot for quick bite. Fast service with toilet facility. Has a Shell Petrol station across the highway with quick access to it. Can be a most essentially needed stoppage to and from Sydney - Canberra tour.

The worst McDonald’s branch ever. Never seen anything like that. Unorganised staff. Dirty. Complete Chaos. Staff having meltdown. waited for 25 minuets for a McMuffen sandwich and then left behind and went to kfc. I think they desperately in need for new management

Dirty toilets, long wait for very average expensive coffee and dirty tables and chairs. Only reason for Yass Maccas is a pitstop as there really isn't another opportunity. The KFC is no better!

Conveniently located almost exactly half way between downtown Sydney and ever-popular Leeton NSW, McDonald's Yass provides the perfect stopping place for a quick meal on the 6.5 hour trek. It's also just before you turn off to Canberra, wherever that is, so pretty good for that too. It has both real people and machines to take your order depending on how disgusting and travel weary you feel, and is next to KFC if you have a less brand-loyal travel companion. It also has THE best name of you're from Northern England (where "Yass!" means "I'm really excited by this"). I thoroughly enjoyed my stop at Yass, but I think I was a bit tired after 3 hours of country roads.. I made it to Sydney though so whatever they gave me, it definitely worked.

Literally the worst McDonald's in NSW, consistently. Drive thru took 27 minutes for one burger. No exaggeration. Also, it seems they haven't learned how to put napkins in bags. Ever.

Really bad. 7 minutes to get a coffee and tea. The tea was cold. On second request slightly better. The brekky wrap was average

I kept asking for a McDouble, and all the staff just kept doing death drops and splits. I'm sure they could barely hear me because they were screaming WERK MAMA etc. the entire time. I left without even ordering anything. Still, best Mcdonald's experience ever. YAAAS

Watching all the staff just playing games throwing food around litrally doing nothing waited 30 mns for a cheese burger and quarter pounder coffee was ready straight away no worries lovely coffee didnt see one glove on anyones hands in the end got soggie chips and a cold burger cheers lol

Quick, fast food. Don't bother going in on weekends or public holidays as its packed, drive thru is better if you're in a rush.

Average McDonalds.. nothing special except the iconic windmill in the carpark. Usually a lot of rubbish on the tables and toilets were needing a clean up. Food was served quickly and was like it usually is.

I can only agree with previous posts. Food was good but needed an overhaul ..... 10 years ago. Bins all full at 10am. Tables dirty. Definately won't be stopping again.

Unequivocally the worst Macca's in Australia. In disrepair, dirty and unhelpful staff. Spend your money somewhere else

Absolutely hopeless, been waiting in line for 15 minutes, nobody has served us and there are 12 people behind me.
McDonald's should be better than this and the franchise should be warned. Just no enough staff and possibly the worst restaurant in the country.... really makes you wonder if you should stop at any McDonald's

If I could give them no stars I would. I've been to high class restaurants that serve quicker than this McDonald's. 2 people out the back cooking and 4 serving out the front with no organisation to how they are serving

Staff member who served me couldn't care less. No frappes, no smoothies. I asked why advertise them? Oh, we don't have the machine. Maybe you can't be bothered. Neither can I. Thank you to the barrista who made a nice coffee for my husband.

The mccafe here is incrediably slow and so is the food service. They seem to have the normal amount of staff for a maccas they just make it a lot slower. Toilets are not very clean either.

Generally good service and comfortable surroundings. Toilets suffer when they are busy. Thursday before Easter - wait time for food blew out to close to 30 minutes.

This is high volume and popular stopping point on the highway. The restaurant just doesn't keep up with the demand. The toilets are often unclean through heavy use, the seats and tables are often full, the kitchen cannot keep pace with the ordering, and they regularly sell out of stock, eg cups, happy meal toys, snacks. Apart from that, it's a McDonalds.

The McCafe is consistently good, and while the standard McDonalds fare is per standard, the restaurant is well kept and staff generally friendly - there always seems to be a very high proportion of trainers / shift leaders / managers working, so perhaps why it has maintained its standards where most slide with age.

More often than not the order is wrong or cold. I asked for an extra yesterday on my burger paying the extra price, it even had the special order receipt attached and it wasn't on it. I only go back due to convenience. I don't understand why we are getting a third McDonald's in Nowra.

Purchased large chips and two cheese burgers the chips were cold and not 1 chip stuck above the carton as for the burgers less said the better. Have not had maccas for a long time and wont be back.

I'd give this branch a negative five star rating if there was such a thing. The staff trainer lady wearing blue shirt with braided hair lashed out at my wife just for asking ketchup coz there was none given with her orders. We went there as a stop over on our way home to Sydney from a long weekend holiday at Jervis bay. That lady seemed like she was angry at the world and lashes out at everyone especially Asian people. I'd say to avoid this branch at all cost go somewhere else for a stop over meal with your family and friends. Appealing behaviour from a senior employee.

Asked for pepper on muffins got salt crusted patties instead, absolutely disgusting food i ended up getting a refund on my meal. Customer service was excellent food was absolutely horrific.

Small McDonald's offering all that maccas usually has to offer with play equipment as well but seriously lacking in bathrooms - only one female cubicle means you always have to wait!

Disappointing - doesn't close till midnight, but won't serve coffee in a crockery cup after 8.00pm because they have turned the dishwasher off???! Advertise a cake and coffee offer, but can't toast the cake at 8.02pm because the toaster has been turned off for cleaning for the night. Apparently getting cleaned up early is more important than customer satisfaction. Staff shout loudly and constantly in the kitchen - I think that rules it out from being called a restaurant. If there was better care for the customer and more mature behaviour from staff, I think you would do more business.

Typical McDonalds. Dirty tables. 1 x only female and male toilet. Couldnt even keep 2 toilets clean. Green 'stuff' smeared on the floor of ladies toilet. Husband said one and only urinal not working full of urine in mens toilet. Whole 2 cubicles really poor. Travelling and used this location as stop off for amenities and snack. Coffee -lukewarm. Toastie was ok though. Mcdonalds are just a sad experience.

This restaurant would have to be the most unprofessional, inefficient and frustating establishment! You have wait for (at times) 15 20 mins in a tiny carpark. My son just ordered a homestyle angus through the drive through and when he opened it at home, there was no pattie!!! How hopeless!!!

The boy at the cash register, and i quote "refused", to serve us a single soft serve cone as he "could not be bothered, i have made 11 in the past hour."
He then began to bang his head on the register when we hadn't realized he had already put the EFTPOS through and we could now pay. This made us feel very patronised.
My friends and i then ordered 24 scrumptious chicken McNuggets, which took 10 minutes to come out, and forgot our bacon McMuffin.
another 10 minutes later and our McMuffin came out, however, we were served a sausage muffin WITH NO BACON.

Got the order wrong alot and the icecream macine never works

The place was dirty. No sugar, stirrers, salt etc. Touch screens were sticky and smeared. Food was average, eg cold chips and tough rubbery toasties. Understaffed and grubby premises. Nothing different from any other time we have been there. Yuk!!

Great place to stop at after a trip in the car to eat out and let the kids play around. All while eating yummy food. 😆👌🍟🍔

Food may have been through a tumble dryer. Slow service.... Tables not clean... and as usual the condiments empty... Bring your own napkins and straws.

This is honestly, by far the best maccas I have EVER been to. It was renovated so so well, even the playground was too. Although the food was the same as it usually is, the actual restaurant was awesome!

Drive thru always forget to add extras like bacon etc. Frustrating to get home and find things I've paid for missing! Warilla MacDonalds are way better

Our order was wrong and it was very quickly fixed on a very busy holiday weekend - we were impressed for a McDonalds.

Great service. On one of my many visits, I had left my brand new phone in the toilet, on my returned visit 20 mins later. I asked at the counter if anyone had handed a phone it, i was so happy to see there are still honest people around. Thanks Mcazza's @ Albion Park

6pm on a Friday night should guarantee fresh fries but no! After initially thinking how slack it was that the container was not full, once I tasted them I was grateful. Old, chewy, bad tasting and smelling of stale oil. Worst maccas fries ever

Great place to bring the kids with the play equipment. Menu is typical Maccas, so something for everyone.

For a Mac Donald's the serving size is certainly generous. Clean place, 'moyenne' staff. However many options in the menu are out of order, thick shakes, ice cream almost all cold options were out.

Worst customer service at all time for McDonald. It took nearly 15 mins for my drive through and staff didn’t really care about their customer and they are quite rude. Last time I went to order a frozen coke and they keep saying different stuffs.

Its McDonalds. That should tell you everything you need to know as they are all the same. It is the only 24 hour McDonalds in the Illawarra northern suburbs and the only McDonalds between North Wollongong and Woonona.

Only ordered a couple of drinks and an icecream but took quite awhile for our order to be made. Staff were more interested in talking than working. Which i get but they can quite easily do both rather than ignore orders. The young guy that served me seemed to be the only one doing anything and he came over and asked what i ordered and for my reciept to make my order after i was standing there for awhile. All in all i never expect much from mcdonalds and dont often go but was still annoying waching them chat amongst themselves walking around the shop like your not even there.

This place has some good staff but its mainly filled with dirty ill tempered staff who dont care. I feel for the good ones there as they are the only reason we take the gamble and go back. Crappy place.

Someone needs to teach these young children customer service. They were walking around as if they were lost. Cheeseburger fries were good. There's your one star.

Worst Mc''s I've ever been to. Staff need a good old kick in the ass. Service is extremely slow and sloppy. On more then one have had to demand to speak with manager about one young female staff member. She was so rude to a pensioner I told her she was a disgrace to her uniform. Only go there as it is the closest.

I'm not a fan of takeout but the service was excellent amd my tosstie was delicious.

Not to bad they left a few things out of our order when we went though the drive through, But they did give us the food and drink they forgot to give us without question or any hesitation.

Literally every time I order from here I get parked for at least 10 minutes even during quiet time. They have forgotten my salad dressing and knife and fork on multiple occasions. Whenever I ask for sugar in my coffee I never get it. This morning I waited 15 minutes in my car for them to bring me a sausage mcmuffin meal. I then had to go into the store to see what the hold up was.
McDonald's is supposed to be fast food? This store produces nothing but burgers that look like smashed crabs.

Not very happy with my experience with McDonald's in Fairy Meadow. I bought a burger meal and 10pcs mc nuggets and asked a sweat & sour and a garlic aioli for the source. After I went back home, I found out there were no nuggets and the source were wrong, they gave me a mayo instead of garlic aioli. And after that I went back again just to pick up my nuggets, and I requested again, a sweat & sour and a garlic aioli. I picked up my food, and I went back home. Then, guess what, TWO SWEAT & SOUR. How hard is it to get a garlic aioli source? So not happy man, I may never go to that store anymore.

Had a tough and stressful day at uni, and decided to go to McDonalds for lunch. Served by a nice young woman, and I got their $5 deal with a cheeseburger, medium fries, medium diet coke, and a caramel sundae. Cheeseburger was hot and nice, chips were fresh, hot, crisp, and tasty, diet coke was cold and refreshing, and sundae was filled with caramel syrup and delicious. Manager on shift was Michaela, who was extremely polite and ran the place well under busy circumstances. All this made my day so much better. As someone who once worked at Maccas for two years, I know how far a good review goes. I hope this helps!

Just another McDonalds

I went in to North Ryde Mcdonalds and was very pleased with the service from ''Josh''. I did not get served at first due to the overwhelming amount a customers. ''Josh'' noticed and acknowledged my frustration and served me even though he was working in the back area. We had a meaningful conversation about life and i feel very excited to go back to eat the magnificent burgers that ''josh'' makes and would definitely recommend going to North Ryde Maccas, and getting served by ''josh''

Went in Sunday 15th October about 6pm. Looked quite busy and workers in front area seemed to be pissing around. Person taking my order took time to understand what I was saying, I don't think I speak that bad of English. Whilst waiting for my order for about 5-10 mins, a back area worker named Josh was coming back from the bathroom. I asked him were my order was at and he instantly hooked me up with the best crispy classic burger iv ever had. He personally walked it out to me in the waiting area. If you ever go there look out for Josh he is a tall lanky bloke

Slow service, specially when busy. When it's quiet, the school kids working there are busy chatting, giggling and joking at the counter, very unprofessional. The off duty staff walking in and out of the kitchen then sit around with their school mates being loud. When it's busy it takes 20 minutes to get my order. Twice they actually forgot my order. Once during busy breakfast time they ran out of eggs and customers were left standing around waiting and getting irritated.

Oh and the self service machines are often out of order or wouldn't print out a receipt.

Don't bother customising orders they didn't get a single thing right in the burger we ordered ... They even forgot to put put a happy meal together in a box... Half the order was missing, they put just the nuggets and the juice on the tray.... Had to ask for the rest including the box and toy... Like other reviews workers here don't really care.

Came here on the 21/09/2017 at 5pm. The black girl at the front is a horrible worker and needs to be trained. She intentionally works slow to kill time. She also got my order wrong and needs to pay attention to the screen. I caught her just staring at my order that was ready to be bagged while she fiddled with the bags and literally doing nothing. After I finished my meal I went to check on her to see if she was still performing the same, and not to my surprise she still was. She doesnt care about her job. Just give it to someone else who will.

Over the last 4yrs of driving to Sydney to Work in the early am hours,UNFORTUNATELY! it is the only place to get something close to food!
The restaurant is always filthy & in some state of disrepair!
The staff don't give a rats!, they just make bullshit excuses for it!

Usually pretty quick and minimal issues, but last time we went through drive through we ordered 2 chocolate frappes and ended up with 2 mocha or coffee frappes. They were quite unsatisfying and my kid really didn't like the taste, so unfortunately he had to miss out.

Don’t normally complain but this warrants it. Cremorne McDonalds may look fancy but it is filthy dirty - food on floors, on chairs, tables were all dirty. Used paper bag as plate and didn’t dare go to toilet. Ordered dine in - chips cold, chai latte warm at best, hair in the chicken wrap, Big Mac order wrong and forgot part of order as well.
Will not return.

I was such a terrible worker and they put up with me anyway. You need some reasonable level of cognitive ability to work here. Flipping patties is a complex job!

Whilst I'm not a person who ever complains but this McDonald's always gets our drive through wrong and now TWICE we've got McDelivery with Uber eats & it's been wrong both times, today no drinks or chips at all were delivered. Completely unsatisfactory.

Very hard to find parking here, had to park some distance away in the street. The self service machines seemed to be not working, so we had to order at the counter. I tried to order a double beef and bacon burger but the cashier had no idea the burger even existed and I couldn't buy one. And, the tables were rather unclean and messy.

Overall, one of the worse McDonald's out there.

Used to be a regular at the Cremorne McDonalds as it has always been spectacular in service and quality of food provided both drive through and eat in. Unfortunately, last 2 or so months has seen many usual characteristics deteriorate.

- Service quality lacking, very half - hearted and unenthusiastic staff at service desk and drive through. Even the standard of basic manners has dropped.
- Quality of meal provided, chips consistently underfilled and lukewarm, burgers quite dry as if just came out the microwave not grill.

Don't usually review but it is sad to see that a McDonald's that had set a benchmark for me as a customer has dropped the ball this much.

Dirty and as grubby as can be. Service was abysmal. You'd find more cheerful undertakers than this service woman. Burger was thrown together with zero care. Horrible place. Surely Macdonalds will not last if they continue to serve their plastic food into the future. Are customers that undiscerning?

Can't seem to serve both the drive through and eat in customers at the same time, crowds of people waiting in store but food only going out the window? Seemed to have no staff assigned to serve at the front counter which left customers waiting. Lost my order on the 2 occasions I went in and waited over 15 mins both times for very simple order of a mango frappe (they don't have to make this, only press a button on a machine)

Coffee was not hot enough from McCafe. Staff are good, food is as expected...but you have to at least get the coffee right.

I have visited this particular McDonalds many times. It has an exceptional difference to many others.
One particular employee works the restaurant seating area making sure you have what you require, delivers your order to you regardless of what you have ordered and is always cheerful and happy. She also makes sure the place is spotless and clean.
The woman should be employee of the month every month.

After watching the drinks girl scoop the frozen coke back into cup, I was a bit put off. Then our tray of food sat on the other side of counter for a good 5 minutes getting cold before "staff" decided to pass it over to us. Good job. Won't go back to that particular Macca's again..

What a shambles! This restaurant is always dirty with tables left messy. Service is consistently woeful, tonight it reached a new low where I waited for 12 mins for just a soft serve cone & sundae. Yes, they were busy being Saturday night but it was only 7.10pm. My order # was 171 yet 175 was being served before mine - I had to say something to staff to get mine done. Preparing Uber Eats meals appeared to be the biggest priority here.

Key take out here, only use drive through here & allow plenty of time to get your good at this not-so-fast food restaurant....

You know when you just want a burger and you have to go to McDonalds because its late? The burger meat was separate to the bun, like they shook it once it was in the box.

Tried to go to the park today with the two boys (ages 3 and 4) and it was way too cold for me to sit in comfort so I looked up the closest maccas with a playground . Now although the playground isn't huge, the boys loved it . But that's not why Iv given the five stars , upon our arrival, straight away we were greeted and assisted ordering the meals, Cathy was lovely and made a point in looking after us and as I saw , everyone who came in . The boys were both given minion wristbands and ninja turtle cut outs (that didn't come with the meal) I was so shocked at the quick initiative shown that honestly makes the best impression . Then to top it off both the boys needed assistance going to the toilet and before I'd even picked up my stuff, a lovely staff member stepped in and assured me she would watch it for me ! I honestly didn't have to worry about a thing in there ! Oh and another plus , they brought the food to our table ! I have such high regard for this place now !

Had lunch with friends and their children and had a great time, largely because of the excellent service and friendliness of Cathy who has to be the best McDonalds employee I have ever met. She is a shining example of what all staff should aspire to.

This is one of my favourite Maccas, even though they have forgotten my order a couple of times. (I am sometimes compensated by free apple pies or chips if they forget). The staff are so much nicer than most Maccas, if it's quiet, they'll even bring your food to your table, get you any serviettes or straws you need. One of the ladies who's always cleaning the tables is super nice and deserves a raise will make sure you've gotten everything and always has a smile, she's even happy to clean up your tray, insisting you leave it for her!

By the worst mc Donald's food chain I have ever been to. Underperforms when the tiniest bit of pressure is applied and can not even take an order without stuffing it up. I wouldn't waste your time or money on this joke of food chain

Service managed to get the meal wrong twice. Food was as you'd expect from a McDonalds and overall was alright compared to other McDonalds

Really poor service from the drive through. I felt there was a real lack of manners and was asked "What do you want" and "what?" rather than pardon when clarifying a question.

I usually get the $9.95 Hunger Deal with a Big Mac, Cheeseburger, medium fries and coke and your choice of a sundae or apple pie. But one time I ordered a small Big Mac meal being rushed and all for $9.15 - they didn't even ask if I wanted an upsize! Perhaps I expected too much after watching The Founder...

If I could give this half a star I would.
It is irresponsible to display the famous Golden Arches to weiry, hungry travellers when it is impossible to access via the convenience of my automobile.

Service was good till today. Manager chick had a go at us because the system got our order wrong. Never going here again. She was so rude, croaky voice, honestly she's not a likeable person. Everyone else here is great but she let the whole store down! I'll be writing a complaint to McDonald's. Customer is also right, especially when they've payed for their order and it is the system that stuffs it up.

Efficient and accurate orders here for the last 25-30years. Premises always clean and welcoming. The playground is outdoors but shaded. It can get quite cold in Winter so dress warmly.

This is basically what you want McDonald's to be. Everything is hot and fresh when you receive it, and it doesn't take too long to get. Staff are always polite too.

Had one of the breakfast burgers. There wasn't enough sauce to combat the exceptionally dry buns. The black coffee I had was nice, unlike a lot of other places this brew didn't taste like dirt. I really dislike the dynamic menu that actively prevents me from seeing what is available and slows the line down.

Popped in to have a hot chocolate. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Only one girl working in the cafe. In busy times you really should have more than one person manning the cafe. I went elsewhere & got my hot drink within 5 minutes.

I usually get coffee there nearly every day. The coffee was fantastic! The only place I'd get coffee from. But they've changed their coffee beans and now the coffee tastes really bitter and I'm starting to not get coffees there anymore because I just don't like the taste.

My husband and i go almost daily for lunch at wyoming the team there is amazing for service" manners and prep of food well done guys!!!

It's a pretty standard McDonald's.

They charged my boyfriend $2 for a McFlurry and then charged me $4.30. Discrimination. Staff were rude and made no effort to resolve the solution. Do not recommend

Macdonalds served this up to me as a Angus Mc Feast. Was not happy as you can see the lettuce it was off and brown and it almost made me vomit. I haven't brought any of their products since this happened over 18 months ago. All they did was want to replace it. Your quality control by site staff at Martin Place Sydney NSW is below standard.

McDonalds Kings Cross is like any other McDonalds although it is in a location that may not be good for children. They recognise this by not having a playground. It also has some convenience issues e.g. it has no parking or toilets.

This restaurant was what I expected from Mickey D's hence the franchising (yes, I know the locals call it Macca's). The wifi was pretty slow and there are no restrooms. However, most place do not have restrooms so plan your trip, and drinking schedule, accordingly.

Thanks to the 30 minutes of free wi-fi, this place can be back packer Central, crowded and dirty at times. But hey, it's Macca's in the cross so you can't really ask for anything more!

There are no public restrooms here, so don't bother asking and try to be nice to the staff because they sure do have to put up with some rubbish customers at times.

In more-or-less seedy location, this Maccas can be a place of refuge for backpackers. 30-minutes of free Wifi although no bathroom access. A nice panel order system makes busy times more tolerable and the 2nd story seating is nice when it is open.

The manager on duty - Krishna - was rude and arrogant. I had a complaint about the advertising of a five dollar meal. I was wearing my company uniform and he threatened to call my company about me, which is completely unethical and irrelevant. There was no attempt at any customer service. They score a ZERO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would advise everyone to avoid this place.

30th of June, I loss my bag at McDonald's Eastwood in afternoon.
When I back to McDonald's Eastwood at night, I get back my bag. I'm very grateful to all the staffs at there to keep my bag safe.

Dont be fooled by the new restaurant and drive-thru. Be prepared to waste at least 15 minutes of your life waiting in an inescapable queue in drive thru after having your order taken by an obnoxious employee who keeps butting in and gets it wrong anyway. Order was amended at the point of sale and i then asked the person who handed it to me to confirm its contents. Surely they wouldn't get it wrong twice! But, once at home i unpacked the bag to find the wrong meal, and worse, it tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for ages - crunchy and chewy in all the wrong places. Kids chips were unusually chewy too. No point complaining to them as i am the one who would have to go back and stand in line to plead my case. Now i remember why we dont do McDonald's at Charlestown as a special treat for the kids.

Well when u order a cappuccino and 2 seconds later I have a hot chocolate brought to my table im a little unsure how this occurs. I didnt realise initially. I had ordered took a number and was told they would bring it to my table which was good, i walked over and sat down and straight away was given what i thought was my coffee. I actually said to the lady gee that was quick. She left i started drinking and realised it was a hot chocolate? Really? Retrain please this just should not happen, its not real difficult to work it out??

Gave me very chronic food poisoning put caustic soda in my food pain in my colon was SO BAD I thought I had appendicitis felt like a cross between digesting glass and an ICY HOT COAL that was 8 years ago and I have NEVER BEEN BACK the pain comes and goes daily and it got so bad that my right leg is partially numb.

The drive thru nearly always gets the order wrong. Only small orders too!! It pays to ALWAYS check your order before leaving. The burgers always look like they're just slapped together. If they concentrated & read the orders properly, they'd get it right. It's so annoying & very frustrating. CONCENTRATE!!

Normally fast service, food can be good or bad but the mccafe is usually good. Always have indoor seating available. And an excellent play area for kids 5 and up.
Drive thru can be busy at times and they often forget items.

Normally your cofee is pretty good but the last month it has almost every day been consistently terrible.
Honestly a 10 year old could make a better instant coffee and the reason for writing the review is because this morning I watched your barista substitute about half the milk with water .

Train your staff on how to actually make cofee and not lukewarm watery milk

Good store, highly visible to street so I'm surprised a bag was stolen as that never happens in this area.

The new table service is nice. Good renovation to the building. Only suggestion would be that it would be wise to train the team to bring napkins with the tray.

The newly renovated Beacon Hill maccas is very nice with a much needed overhaul of the playground BUT the food is always cold!!!

They always seem to get something wrong. Last time I went through drive through, they had me park in the waiting bay. I sat there for a good five minutes. I counted ten cars go through and watched people come and go in the waiting bays. Being an impatient bugger, I queried one of the Maccas crew who were ferrying the orders out. The reply, What did you order? Another couple of minutes and I was on my way in to get my money back, when a supervisor came out with our order. A bonus was that the chips were cold. Lovin' it.

Came in twice today. Got my order wrong both times. Caught error before i paid for my coffees 1st time, 2nd time i didn't check, my fault i went away with wrong order, too late by the time i realised.

We were in a hurry and passed this MacDonalds on our way home and ordered our food, mine was a grilled chicken wrap. It was disgustingly wrapped, all the food spilled out and I couldn't eat it!!! About time to sort yourselves out Warriewood!!!

This Macca's is currently having a refurbishment there is no access to the Macca's from the bus stop which makes it odd and a pitty to go around by the other building to grab a bugger

Nice modern McDonald's. Stopped by one morning for a Bacon and Egg McMuffin treat - order came fast but the quality was awful. Bun was a bit on the small side, had burned edges and didn't seem fresh. Next time I'll save my money and make a far superior one at home.

Tables are mostly dirty. Personal forget to give you something from your order. We asked 2 cokes and toys for girls. Instead got 1 coke and 2 cars... That's the only negative. Aside of that it's nice place with lots of parking and nice playground for kids. Great menu and quick serving.

A good McDonalds 90% of the time. Sometimes there is no wait at all and sometimes there is. Some of the crew seem more interested in sharing their personal lives and weekend adventures than getting food out fast. The restaurant is very modern and has a great atmosphere. One of the better Maccas, frequently come here for frozen cokes and $1 hamburgers and are typically very fast depending on the time of day of course.

1 star is even to much for cessnock McDonald's, received a double quarter pounder burger with a torn bun and the meat patties half on the burger with sauce, onion and cheese all through the container instead of on the burger! Took it back to get a replacement didn't even get asked why I wanted a replacement or didn't get an apology off either the person on the till or manager, manager just took one look at me with a snarl pushed some buttons then walked off no care given what so ever was completely shocked by the lack of service, carelessness and rudeness, was 9pm at night and the store was very quiet so shouldn't have been any issues,

Ordered specially prepared angus gourmet burger meal. The patty was definitely not angus, it was falling apart and nothing about the burger was gourmet. I've had an individually prepared angus burger in MD Darling Harbour, Sydney before. It had a pleasant meat / grilled taste. This one tasted cheap and fell apart in my hands while eating. It tasted like the cheapest mince available. The place was dirty too. The guy who was meant to clean wiped leftover food scraps off the tables and then left them there. There was fries and food scraps all over the place. Felt like I've had enough till next year's craving.

Been there 4 times. I'm not joking when I say not once have I got the right order. Wanting to try grilled Caesar burger first time I got Caesar salad second time I got fried chicken not grilled, 3rd time they forgot my cheeseburger and last time ordered apply pie and given a caramel went back and told me out of apple pie. I usually go to McDonald's because I know what I'm getting if in rush. This branch I wouldn't bother with. I don't go out of my way to discredit a business but I'll give credit when it's due

I got a double quarter pounder grill and the meat timer was reset at leased 3 times (I know because I've worked at McDonald's before) it was basically BLACK, dry and disgusting, it was THE worst burger I have ever eaten in my whole life. Absolutely disgusting. To top it off it we were sent to waiting bay just to wait for old meat. and also it was the last of our money that we spent there so I couldn't get something from somewhere else and I was already home so I couldn't take it back. Big sign saying "cheeseburger $2" when paid they charged me full regular price - I didn't really care but when mentioned to 2 different staff members I was not even offered refund and told I was wrong.

McDonald's has stuffed up so many times that I'm has enough. They gave me a sundae with plastic spoon bits in it and they almost made me cut myself with the spoon pieces. I also asked for a Happy Meal once but instead they gave me a milkshake. I didn't even mention a milkshake. And they have done way more things and now I don't go there anymore because of that. They stuff up every order you ask for which is ridiculous. So if I was you I would go some where else for dinner or lunch because they stuff up every thing. This place is bad . Just writing what I think. :-) :-)

This McDonalds is by far the best in the Newcastle area that I have visited to date. You place your order, are given a table number, sit down and your food is brought out. The customer service, in my experience, has been fantastic. Food is up to Maccas standard, fries are hot and burgers are assembled by a competent person who must take a little pride in what they do. Very happy with all of my visits here.

Good to see young people gainfully employed , just have to work on the average 6/10 orders that are incorrect in some way. Again today 13/8/2017 order placed at counter when reviewed what was tapped in to console, items weren't entered and some doubled up , please teach your employees to listen closely or ask for it to be repeated so the correct order is processed to the customers requirements, this type of mistake is due to either not concentrating or training deficiencies, these type of continuous errors lead to customer frustration which may result in abuse of workers/manager. It is fixable? Again just now 5/9/2017 5.50pm you guys are kidding the service was disgraceful, two nugget h/meals ordered when received the bottom of the boxes weren't formed so I ended up with a lap full of fries etc, after thanking the young worker I was then told I had my drinks which I did not have, followed by here's your drinks see you, the rest of the order had not been received yet, then I receive two lots of large fries in a bag and again am told there you go, whilst I'm still waiting for burgers, I mean come on who's in charge of this mess or don't use care if it's just pot luck on the service customers receive and if the order is correct ? and yes people say why don't you go to another macca's fair enough but why should I , I live just around the corner and all this is fixable if someone gives a damn , so seriously come on, all managers should be held accountable always!!!!!

Not as good as Coff's McDonald, the sign on your way in is not true. Place your order and seat down, your meal will be delivered to you. Didn't happen. So don't advertise some thing that want happen. Also the staff could try and smile.

The chips were cold and the assistants were not very friendly. I won’t go there again. Was on my way home from the airport and thought we’d pop in there for a quick bite. Turned out the drive through was not a good idea at all.

Ordered through the online app to pick up through drive through. Arrived and waited at the window for 10 mins and nobody came.

Drove through to the second window and the was told that they can't process online orders at that window and that we needed to drive back to the first window.

Drove back to the first window. Nobody there.. Waited another 10 mins and still nobody showed up.

Went to first window again and was told sorry and they put the order through. Not sure why they didn't do that the first time.

I suppose one of the reasons for the delay was all the staff seemed to be too busy getting screamed at and being treated like trash by the on duty manager in front of customers for nothing, meanwhile cars are just leaving the drive through and people are walking out

Afternoon waiting in the car for 10 mins the manager comes out and tells us in a rude tone we need to pay inside despite using the app.

Went inside and then was told I need to re place my phone order again because he didn't want to transfer the order from the drive through terminal to the front registers.

I'm half way through re placing my order when my friend texts me from the car saying "they brought it out to the car a few mins ago"

Utter confusion ensured so I just walk back to the car and left because at this point there was simply no helping this store.

Not one of the greatest McDonald's. Very busy at times with long waits. Not always that clean, the tables have discarded food wrappers on them and need wiping down. Toilets are always dirty when I go there or have been vandalised. Sometimes there isn't any toilet paper available.

Well kiosk fail to give me a receipt. So I asked if I can get a copy of the receipt they acknowledge but the rest it never come. If you cant do what you said you going to do then dont say you will do it.

This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I have had multiple issues with food quality, service, and the general disheveled appearance of the staff who work there.

Tonight (17/08/2017) I have gone to the restaurant and ordered a simple 'large 6 nugget meal', only to get home to discover that there is sauce, chips, a drink, and no nuggets.

It is a regular event at this store to be screwed over. Get better, McDonalds isn't cheap, and it's only getting more expensive.

Good coffee, handy location. If u like mc donalds food and amenities u won't b dissapointed. I used bathroom and it was clean. The tv was audible in the mc cafe area.

Sorry guys, you need to work on a few things - I went at lunch time on a Thursday.. Judianto is the rudest manager I have ever seen at McDonald's. He abused a customer for over 5 minutes while we waited to order, I felt awful for the man he had a verbal altercation with, he remained very calm while Judianto incessantly and reprehensively tiraded against him. Needs new management!

An established McDonalds that is popular with the University crowd. The is good McDonald's fare meeting their usual solid standards. It also has an upstairs with more seats. Only issue is the crowds make service slow.

Experience was fantastic. The atmosphere was warm. Staff were great.

The power points on the top floor is a nice touch! I do wish the prices are a bit cheaper though, $5.95 for a big mac is atrocious! $5 for a tall Cappuccino could be better.

Eat my KFC all the time here. Great when you have giant feast and a few mates would recommend. Definitely a must go for someone looking for a good place to eat their KFC.

Went in there for breakfast plus a regular meal for my daughter. She told me I have to wait 3 minutes before she can put the lunch meal on. I told her my breakfast order and then she said wait 2 mins. Went to another register and started serving people, first person was a breakfast order, then she served someone else which was a lunch meal, at 10.28am then she was serving another one a lunch meal whilst I am waiting. So I just left. Unbelievable people and service. She was a black Indian girl didn't get her name today at 10.27

They are quick to serve people and their orders are taken care of and given fairly promptly. They still have a smile on their faces.

My experience here was perfect socially. The boy working there was the most friendly workers i've come across. He looked young but seemed to have lots of work experience and social skills so shout out to Daniel. However my cheeseburger had no paddy in it? It wasn't pleasant but I would of felt bad to complain because of the wonderful service.

Some staff in late night were so rude. Not only customer services but also they might have some issues with food handling as well. I made an order for a steak wrap and a sweet chilly & sour cream loaded fries for my gf. The wrap was ok, however the fries were so over cooked that we could hardly bite them as if our teeth would be crashed. I was wondering if it was a leftover or something. I've been a huge fan of McDonalds for decades, having said that, I would never wanna come back to this place again.

Large fry had about a small fry quantity. Chicken tenders were smaller than my kids McNuggets. Happy meals didn't come with toys.

Slowest service I have ever received. Staff ignore you while they clear out a back log of orders so I waited at the counter first in line for 10 mins before they took my order. Then another 15 mins for my bacon and egg roll to come out.

Congratulations and thank you for listing on UberEats, my girlfriend loves McDs, yesterday alone she ordered $100 in 2 orders, but there is a problem..

1. You are taking too long to call the driver, you should be doing that immediately and/or only prepare the order when the driver arrives to ensure food is hot when delivered - two times it takes about 45 minutes for the driver to "pickup" from your restaurant - by that time your food is already not hot. The ubereats delivery service itself is fine.

2. I have only been in your store twice, and ordered online from ubereats from you twice, and all four times I have had items missing from my order.. comon Maccas.. you can do better than this.

I wouldn't usually leave a negative review, I just would not order again from a bad place, but as my gf has childhood addiction to your food, I'm gonna have to order again and again anyway, just hope you can improve these issues, thanks in advance!

It's quite busy but has fast service and the food is good. There is no designated order pick-up place.

Very fast service but it's a bit of a hit and miss with your burgers / orders. Lucky days you'll have freshly made /comes items or some days they are soaggy and cold...

Differences: 1. Located inside foodcourt hence share seats with other restaurants. 2. No McCafe 3. No Children Play Area 4. No special order pick up area.

Bit slow on the coffee limited parking place needs a clean-up.

Have been through this drive through near 20 times and I swear there's always something missing or wrong with simple orders. Not only that but I swear this Micky D charges more for their food. Is a small coffee usually 4.10? Is a small big mac meal usually $11. Fair enough if its the best bloody maccas I've ever had but coffee is generally pretty terrible and the food is put together like they have a trained chimp in the kitchen. Lol.

The girl handed me the bag, our fingers touched slightly. She looked me dead in the eyes and the words "sauce and napkins are in the bag. Have a good day" fell from her adolescent lips and out the drive thru window. I trusted her. My 30 minute break hung in the balace...
I pulled into the far corner of the Aldi carpark so that I could be alone with da Maccas. With joy and excitment I opened the little bag and saw a large chips waiting for me to ingest. They were crispy and hot, I'll give you that but sadly that's where the happiness ends... in a panic I pulled out the 1 napkin and my eyes began the fill with tears. That was the moment the realization set in that I had been betrayed. "WHERE IS MY SAUCE?? SWEET AND SOUR WHERE ARE YOU?!?! NOOOO!!!"
My world came crashing down on me.
Will I even be the same again? Will I ever be able to trust you again? I don't know. Maybe all I need is time or a 6 pack of Jimmy to go back.

Fantastic! Us country bumpkins enjoyed the quality service: the door was opened for us, we were asked if we needed help carrying our meals, the table was cleared and they ensured our meal was complete. Very great maccas!

Normally no problems with this restaurant, but on my last visit, 6/1/17 at around 1am we arrived with our skateboards in hand and waited at the registers for around 3 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff. After those 3 minutes were up we were approached by the manager, who "greeted" us by saying "yous right" after telling him we would like to buy 3 frozen cokes he rudely told us to get the boards outside without any recognition of our order? No manners were used and this forced us to make the decision of leaving.

Open 24/7 and great service. Always ready to get me a quick coffee or something like a chicken salad, too keep me on track for my early morning shift.

A pretty good mcds. Coffee can sometimes be on and off with mcds but I have found I get pretty good coffee from this one. Service was good but I couldn’t hear the voice on the drive through speaker very well.

Dropped in for a coffee. Waited about four minutes at the counter and was given a free latte for my patience. Very friendly staff and quick service despite being very busy!

I think this McDonald's is the worst I have been to. Dirty toilets, including no toilet paper. Could not identify the different strengths of coffee so had to remake them. Toasty had burnt black bits of cheese on the underneath so evidently hadn't cleaned sandwich press for a while. Windowsills were dirty.

8/10 times will get your order correct, unlike most McDonald's restaurants, and is normally fast service inside, drive thru is much longer and almost always asked to park and wait

As I've said in my other McDonald's reviews: Reading other people's reviews, I think some people expect way too much from a McDonald's restaurant. It's not a 5 star restaurant it's a fast food chain. So no your food won't look perfect and sometimes there'll be a little bit of mess. So so many people walk in and out everyday and the staff work so hard and as fast as they can to satisfy all demands of the restaurant. And if you're not happy with a certain aspect, if you ask them they'll sort it out immediately. That's good service!

For this McDonald's restaurant in Campbelltown specifically, I gave a 3 star rating. It's quite an average McDonald's store. The food quality - average, the service - average, the cleanliness - average etc. Meal mistakes and forgotten ingredients in burgers are quite average in frequency - not common or uncommon. There's no reason not to go to this McDonald's it's perfectly fine to stop there if you're in the area.

Staff were quite young and extremely patient although the influx of customers was overwhelming at times. The amount of teenagers roaming the streets at this time was a concern but the staff and 1 security guard were satisfactory enough I guess. Lol Anyways, service was AMAZING, pressure was applied when customers entered the facility in their numbers but the food is always satisfactory - healthier options of couse for me and my boy.

Generally I have positive experiences here; but today I used the self serve machine and was issued a seating number. Despite the fact the food is meant to be bought out to the seating area by staff, mine wasn't. So I was waiting patiently as my food got cold sitting on their counter - very very poor, and total lack of any sincere apology or recompense. You shouldn't offer a service you won't deliver on.

Where do I begin. After five or more times you receive incorrect orders or scalding coffee that resembles yakks urine you finally decide to say something only to be told your banned because you made the staff feel uncomfortable. Proof is in the videos people and it was your incompetent moody staff whom are at fault. Videos don't lie but some employees do out of pure spite or there own personal problems. The store has made some very unhappy customers but lacks the forethought or intelligence to fix the in hour back biting and problems. Angry staff heard arguing or backstabbing. Needs professional intervention from head office. Perhaps turn up on a Wednesday to silently witness one staffers filthy moods. Not worth the effort.

Seems like the staff these days lack strong work ethics. They don't value their jobs and in turn make no effort when preparing food. Given that McDonalds isn't the healthiest option for take away, I predict sales falling over the next few years because of this.

As someone who use to work for McDonalds as a Manager, I hate making complaints.

Unfortunately this is the most inconsistent McDonalds store I have ever been to in my life. There seems to be such a lack of dedication to the accuracy of their orders even thought it's pretty much the only responsibility of drive thru second window.

The fact that the staff continue to serve products that have exceeded their use thru times (yes this has happened on multiple occasions) obviously shows an extreme disregard for food safety standards and continue to mispack the drive thru orders seems to be a lack of crew development/motivation and drive from management for quality and service.

Serving Chicken McNuggets where the timer has obviously been reset on the UHC that are dried and hard to serving apple pies well after the printed use thru sticker or taking them out and placing them in the vat to reheat them again and then packaging them again making them extremely oily and chewy to eat. Any McDonald's employee will know what I am talking about.

With the made for you system it was designed to reduce the amount of food wasted. Benefiting the business and also customers. What's the food cost on an apple pie? 80 cents? Your store would prefer to lose a repeat customer to save 80 cents in food cost? Or $2 worth of nuggets?

The order is literally displayed on the screen in front of the drive thru second window crew member and they actually have to clear it off the screen to say it's been packed to stop the timer exceeding 3:30...

The McOpCo consultants really need to step in and have a serious discussion with these licencees to determine their motivation to uphold the brand.

Even though this store is the most convinient store on my way home, I would rather drive another 10 minutes to go to another store that Is consistent with the quality of their product and also don't mispack the order either.

This McDonald's offers Table Service, however, it seems the staff aren't too pleased about providing the Table Service to customers who choose the Table Service option when ordering.

It was pleasing to see, however, that the TV at this McDonald's restaurant was working, and that they had the good mind if turning the volume low and switching on the subtitle feature on the TV. It meant that people could have a conversation without having to compete with the TV.

A budget hotel for a budget price. Few small issues in the room. Non functioning AC. Window does not open wide enough. Shower floods around toilet. I recommend this place if you just need a quick place to sleep. Up side, bed is comfy.

Rough as guts! Smells bad, all the self help kiosks stuck, rude staff continuing to bark "next customer" to us, the only customers in the store as we continue to repeat "just looking at the menu first". Honestly it was no surprise the food was cold on arrival, and dumped roughly on the table. Avoid this place, and pick up your game McDonalds Casula.

Casula Maccas is by far the best. The service was outstanding and food presented perfectly. And just to top it off they have table numbers for table service. We come from Melbourne and have never had such a great experience at any other Maccas. Thanks Lina and your staff for a great start to our day for our long drive back to Melbs 😁😁🖒👌

It's pretty simple....whether I go through the drive thru or head in store to order, there's a 99.9% guarantee that you're not going to receive what you've ordered.
At least this has been my experience as a frequent diner.

There's either always something missing, or they've given me the wrong item, or my favourite - egg shell in my bacon and egg mcmuffin!!! The rarity is NOT getting egg shell in egg products at this store. On those days, you're best buying yourself a lottery ticket.

The store needs mystery shoppers to lift their game.

Some of the staff are quick to back chat and pass the buck when a customer complains.

The tables aren't always clean. There's usually a crowd waiting for their meals with all the self serve machines that fail to really serve the customer's dietary needs.

The toilets are filthy and on occasion have had either missing toilet paper or soap to wash your hands.

Overall, I am sorry to say that you'd have a much better experience with a brick wall than you would dining in this restaurant.

Food poorly put together. Paying for missing items. Rarely hot. Always running out of the drink you want. Ice cream machine always broken. Advertising items and not having them. Making poor excuses for not having items. Poorly setup.

It's just another McDonald's chain. Still better than Fairfield's one. Staff can be passive aggressive, especially those on the speaker, when they pretend like they don't know what you're saying. Those on the windows, the few of them, just throw the food in your face without having the courtesy of looking at you. The burgers are really tasty though.

They get my order wrong and i confront that I missed a order, I have to pay for their mistakes.
When I didn't get a specific item and had to drive back and get it back. I will complaint to them about it and they will do nothing to resolve it, "I'm sorry and we will do not do it again".
The staff really need to put their finger out of their bottoms and get this fixed.

Quick service, good was great & hot, didn't stuff up order. Used this place as somewhere to stop on a long drive home. The toilets were absolutely disgusting, not to mention tiny. I had to have my daughter come in the cubicle with me because the place can get dodgy & rowdy on a Saturday night, wasn't leaving her in public eyes alone & she was almost sitting on my lap.

Went here tonight and had to wait 20 minutes for a Big Mac. Manger was rude and unhelpful they forgot a Big Mac out of our order and forgot our drinks. I guess the size of the sign reflects the service you will receive. Very very poor will not be returning.

Ordered a cheese burger, got no cheese. Ordered a large coke worth 2 monopoly stickers, got no stickers. Ordered a Mcflurry worth 2 monopoly stickers, got no stickers. Expected courteous service, got rude manager and employee.

Fast and efficient and chips were hot and good quality (usually I get loaded fries with cold fries and lots of little tiny ones). Very nice!

While the restaurant is clean the car park looks like a landfill. Generally there are very long wait times at the drive through in the evenings. Otherwise a great place to eat.

One of the smallest maccas that I've visited, the quality and service is ok but it can be under staff at times.

Extremely busy small shop front. Long lines and only one person taking orders and three tills not being utilised. Seagulls and other birdlife are in plague numbers. Person who served me was in school uniform (MLC) not work uniform.

This place completely forgot to put nuggets in my 6 nuggets meal. I strongly suggest you to check your meal after you receive your order from the incompetent staff.

The service, management, and cleanliness of this McDonald’s leaves much to be desired. First, we waited an unduly long amount of time for 6 simple drink orders. The manager and staff were short and disinterested. Then, we received green tea and coffee that was essentially flavoured water. And to top it all off, we discovered a fly in one of our iced lattes!!! When we brought this to the manager’s attention, she did not take our complaint seriously until we physically produced the fly for her inspection. Although she gave us a replacement coffee eventually, she offered no other recompense. This was the worst McDonald’s experience we have ever had!

Reading other reviews and it makes me sigh - it's MCDONALD'S people!! It's fast, cheap and run by kids. For those wanting 5 star service with waiters who kiss your ars for tips then go to some place fancy. For the kind of food you used to beg your mum to buy as a kid then come here. This place is pretty good considering you're purchasing $2 burgers. Fast. (Mostly) polite teens working. Just wish there was a bigger carpark as even going through drive -through is a bugger as it's all one way traffic.

Worst McDonalds I think I’ve ever been to. Fries soggy and barely warm, the ‘all day breakfast’ McMuffin had a definite all day feel about it despite being made to order, service was ordinary. Find another option.

It's a McDonald's chain eatery they are fairly much all the same. This one was clean and well staffed. No complaints.

Terrible. They forgot to put add the sauce in my McChicken burger. Therefore the McChicken tasted very dry. A few weeks back, there were many people complaining that their Big Macs were served cold and dry, constantly. After seeing this, I craved a Big Mac and those people were right. The Big Mac I was served was also cold and dry. One time I went to the Mac cafe and there was no one serving there and I had waited at least 30 minutes to be served and when I was served the item I ordered was bland. I certainly believe that the manager needs to do something and that the employees need to be trained better.

This McDonald's virtually always gets your order wrong. Seriously, no exaggeration, just about every single time. The only reason I go here is because it's the one in the area. Its actually surprising when they actually get your order right once in a blue moon. One time I ordered two things. TWO! A hash brown and a ham and cheese pocket and they still managed to forget something! Its actually amazing how they can mess things up this often.

Worst service! One of the member from the maccas team.. an Indian gal who is there in the ngt shift is so sleepy n rude always, she made the strawberry shake slide on the table when she served it to me, didn't even tell that this is your drink.Poor gal, why is she doing such jobs when she doesn't know how to behave??The snacks were also have cooked and the salted caramel sauce was finished all over.

The location is quite convenient. However, every time I go to drive through service, I have always have to wait for at least 5 minutes in the waiting bay. I would prefer the situation improve.

A welcome inclusion was an older lady working there who was 'old world' polite; really nice to talk with and added a bit of charm which is usually lacking at other McDonald's sites. Overall one of the better restaurants with low wait times and friendly staff. Repeatable presentation on menu items which are also tasty and of a high standard in comparison to other McDonald's restaurants. Definitely recommend having meals from this store.

This morning my nephew and I stopped at your store for a breakfast order. The elderly lady that was at the drive through said, hello and asked how we were? I replied to her question and I immediately turned to my nephew and said, wow, thats the first time someone asked how we are through the drive through window. She took my money gave back my change and she even complimented me on the colour of my nails.. It may not be much, but her attentive to customers and taking notice of little personal details has really made a difference to me... I commend her and thank you for using these older people who have great customer service skills, it's nothing against our younger generations but its good to see these older generation are still valued in our everyday life and business.. Thank you.

Was ok, but was a bit disappointed their menu only consisted of McDonald's branded foods, VERY ANTI-COMPETITIVE...oh and the lights were too bright, maybe they should turn them off as not everyone likes to see their reflection as they eat 3 big Mac's, a double quarter pounder, 2 Large chips, a diet Coke and a McFlurry (extra sauce).

Disgusting practices, poor service and reusing old food. Ordered food here this week and was told it would be a few mins wait for other stuff, meanwhile fries and burgers got cold. Asked for everything to be made fresh. And after handling the burgers in my hand and rewrapping them they took them and placed them into the fresh orders area and gave them to other customers in drive thru! And upon inspecting my meal at home the caramel pie had a half eaten apple pie inside! Called to complain and manager on duty confirmed others also complained of same issues. I have formally submitted a complaint to head office of this illegal practice and reserving of customers returned food thats half eaten and serving it to others!!! Shocking!!

Had my order all wrong. I also ordered a decaf coffee because I am very sensitive to caffeine. I am certain they gave me caffeinated because I couldn't sleep that night.
I kept repeating "decaf" and they kept acknowledging. Then when I received my order (I had to park and wait) I asked the lady who brought it out whether it was decaf. She looked very uncertain but said it was. I had a sleeping 6 month old in the back, otherwise I would have gone in to check. Turns out they got it wrong and I paid for it....twice....once with my money and the second time with a terrible night.
Not the first time they got it wrong. A while back I also got food poisoning from them.
Definitiely a McDonald's to avoid.

Coffee is about what you expect from Maccas. Food is enough to make you remember why you stopped going there years ago. Only saving grace is the small playground for kids, for a few minutes of relative sanity.

They always gets my order wrong and the staff are rude. Its worth driving another 2 mins down the road to go to the McDonalds next to bunnings. I called to inform them my order is wrong (again) they told me i should always check my order before i leave. Maybe ill just take my business elsewhere

During the rush hours, service and accuracy is horrible. I got a hamburger that looked like it was squashed then placed in the box, a cheese burger that look a massacre in a wrapping paper and a chicken bigmac that was paid for but not given along with a missing mcchicken. So far these guys have a great record of mistakes and lack of service and quality.

Pulled in here to feed our hungry family of five whilst on a road trip. McDonalds is what it is. You either love it, hate it, or tolerate it because the monsters in your car are driving you nuts and McDonalds is guaranteed bribery material.

Have to give the utmost credit to this McDonalds. We visited on 30th December for lunch and the place was absolutely PUMPING! Cars and people everywhere! But I left this establishment feeling impressed! This McDonalds must get a lot of custom because the layout was very open and spacious. The staff were constantly cleaning, no piles of food and rubbish here. And our meals were prepared quickly and correctly. Well done!

Busy place like everywhere. Staff was slow orders come with huge time breaks and only water bottle you get after 20min. We were waiting 50 minutes and staff didn't care that we didn't get the food so long. And on the end they told me that I got the food cause the order is not on screen. It means they gave it in the window. If you wanna go there go on drive through and you can get something for free ;)

I had to wait 15 minutes to get an almost cold crispy chicken wrap with a weird aftertaste, soft serve and the smallest $1 coke ever. They charge $2.45 for frozen Fanta? Place looks poorly run. Staff just stands around there. Please go elsewhere to get value for you money!

I have only 1star because I was served by a hairy unshaved dwarf...men need to have a certain neatness about them...and greeted by a very very rude manager who could not stamp my coffee card because the clicker was jammed. Blaxland McDonalds would have to be the worst McDonalds we've ever visited. As it's on the main highway between our hometown and Sydney, we regularly go through the drivethru and every single visit over the past few years they have either stuffed up our order, or at the very least forgotten to include napkins in the drivethru takeaway orders. Staff are rude and undertrained... pathetic service all round!!! I wish there was a negative 5 star rating cause I'd give it to Blaxland maccas.

Generally this place is not bad. All tourists and visitors have no choice because that's the only place before Lithgow to refresh yourself. Unfortunately in my last visit I found ice cream machine was faulty so we haven't got what we wanted.

Encountered a rude shift manager during drive thru one morning because I ordered a decaff coffee. Apparently I "inconvenienced her staff because they had to find the beans to make my coffee".
No better at night time, when you order 2 of the same burger yet somehow they look totally different because one is missing half it's ingredients. The staff there take zero pride and effort in their jobs. And they forget the toy in the happy meal.
Maybe it's a generational issue to expect good service from a fast food restaurant???

Went there day before NYE, and now stuck in bed with food poisoning from chicken nuggets, on NYE and having work at 5:30pm. My friend ate there weeks ago and had the same thing from hot chips!

What was once a good place to go, is no longer. It made us all sick last time we went. The food was terrible and cold, the children's drinks tasted like chlorine and the coffee was undrinkable, could not even drink the first mouthful. And complaining does nothing. So just stay clear. Terrible how McDonald's could allow this store to slip so far.

Came here after Panthers on a Friday night. Very limited customers but clearly heaps of staff on. Heaps of bugs (beer flies) everywhere too.

Staff can't manage to clean any tables. My friends and I felt dirty after eating here. How hard is it to clean up some tables whilst counter staff are chatting to each other about nothing. All this whilst there are massive soft drinks spilt all over the floor, chips squashed into tiles and tables, serviettes and food wrappers (at least 30) on the floor and cheeseburger wrappers and food stuck on windows (have photos to back this up).

Very poor management. We'll just stick with Dominos or Harry's for late night snack next time.

Local school had a Christmas concert and of course everybody wanted dinner afterwards. As it was a Wednesday night the staff were caught off guard. Handled ok but would have thought they would have been a little more prepared for the rush by knowing when local schools have events on.

I couldn’t leave zero stars picture this drive through ordered my food 3 kids in the car had to go to parking bay to wait for food that’s cool but then employee drops off bag and is quick to go... I realise happy meal box missing I have to go in through the employee entrance leave the kids in the car get happy meal and meet with looks of blankness I get he happy meal and get out of there.... I get home set up the kids unpack and ffs missing chips and cookies part of the meal I call Maccas go through the story and get my hubby to go get the rest he drove from the other side of Glenmore Park to get 4 chips n 2 cookies he was received with the order but no offer of compensation when he asked for a simple cheese burger he was refused but offered a McFlurry “no I don’t eat that” can I have a cheese burger- unfortunately not couldn’t even get a cheese burger for their mess up and this is not the first time this has happened norm just let it go but enough my children noticed and asked for their chips in short Glenmore Park McDonald’s is the worst should have gone to kfc

Spent 10 minutes in drive through to recieve stone cold fries & gravy. Ordered a double beef & bacon burger WITHOUT onion due to alergies & still had onion my burger with a shabby strip bacon. "Gormet" home style angus without beetroot, the dodgiest parts of lettuce & again, a shabby strip of bacon. Both burgers also stone cold.. Worth $25?

Their service is terrible. Anytime you go through the drive-thru they will try to make you go to the waiting bay and you'll sit there for 10 mins (don't, I told them I didn't want to and I had my food in hand before that conversation was over) and if you go inside the "service" takes twice as long as the waiting bay (literally, I kid you not!!!)

I go there quite often, I've been served many times by a very pleasant friendly young lady "Kirra". She is always happy, always has a beautiful smile on her face and is always eager to please. I'm more than happy to recommend people to go there.

Depending on what day it is you may get great service or very poor service. I have found that in peak times they seem to have their act together, but off peak they seem to slack off and ends up being a poor customer experience.

This is your standard Mcdonalds, nothing special. Only thing of concern is the try hards and wannabe hoons hanging out the front all night and trying to intimidate people.

Regular McGrath hill customers. Wanted to take advantage of the coffee and free hash brown offer. After half an hour working through it on mobile I was unable to check in
. Tried 3 times even after reinstalling app and reloading card details. What a sad state of affairs Maccas. Had to go in store where no one would honour the deal. Poor mobile app Maccas this deal wasn't due to finish until tonight.

Went for breakfast 3 days this week, each day the tables were dirty and always lots of flies swarming around the tables. Hash browns were luke warm and undercooked so they just fell apart when picked them up. Hot chocolate was good.

Update : have been good over the past few months, no issues.
Earlier : Order not supplied as requested. Was missing my main meal. So I never had my lunch, hopefully they can fix it next time I visit. UPDATE. Missing meal was provided next day , took about 12 minutes to do so. They really need an experienced/mature person on the floor to handle this type of thing and not young staff.

Cleanliness could use a little improvement. Otherwise it's still quite an ok place to dine at, without the kids.

Drive Thru customer service appalling! Every time I order they make you park after handing you your drinks then leave you sitting in the waiting bay whilst 10 cars go through! I have to reverse up to the drive thru window to get someone’s attention and on the last occasion which was this evening I was ignored (nice customer service that is) the lady in the car at the window said “I think that person is trying to get your attention” she ignored her as well then sent some young girl out to cop the brunt of my frustration! I’ve previously left feedback about this store but no one gets in contact! If you like waiting for Fast Food this is your store!!

Best Macca's I have rated. Served by a very friendly professional polite crew trainer " Zoe ". It was late and I asked for a breakfast menu. A young male voice from the rear calls out " why not "
That is great service rarely seen at Macca's. I am informed male voice was James. Area was clean and well lit and inside Blacktown railway station.
Although at time of visit google map showed it as closed I have since corrected that with information provided again by " Zoe " who again showed great assistance and a professional manner in providing me with the correct hours of operation.
After all that I received within a few minutes 2 Egg Bacon mcmuffins. Very fresh and delicious.

Great service and standard as you would expect from your regular McDonald's. Speed was also relatively quick as well. Apart from being closed in at the dining area (had to go around the gate) it was a pretty solid experience, and people are generally nice there.

Got me late almost everytime i order here. Staff wearing hoodie is so sleepy she took 4 minutes to get the muffin in front of her.

For the chasers of the McDonalds experience this one perfectly standard. The food comes out looking how you expect. It tastes how you expect it to.
Kids will enjoy the regular play area as it will have them climbing to great heights.
One somewhat unique feature of this particular McDonalds is that it has a separate play area for parties.

I bought an ice-cream here. I think that ice-cream is one of the under-rated marvels of the modern age. When I was a child I ate ice-cream often, after dinner, and I would like to thank both my parents, for allowing me to sample this marvelous food, and also McDonald's for providing me with this opportunity to reminisce and to express my appreciation to my parents for this gift of ice-cream. My parents did not buy the ice cream from McDonald's though, they bought it in a plastic tub from the supermarket.

Wifi didn't work... same as you expect from maccas...promise the world... serv shot food never as you ordered... coz the girls just started lasy week

Dropped in to pick up breakfast to take down to the lagoon 10 minutes later packing up to return to complain. No syrup, butter or cutlery for our hotcakes 😠

Bought 2 large meals was missing a burger. When I asked a chic on the counter she looked at me and said what burger.
Lucky I checked.
Anyhoo we get home 15 minutes away to find we had no toy in our daughters happy meal
and we bought 24 pack of nuggets and we'll there was only 19 in the box.
Still no thick shakes after almost two weeks.
Richmond maccas is beyond the joke.

Its a ok place to go for a quick bite.
Needs more places to sit & eat.
It a bit small & gets crowded.
Needs more staff because normally waiting inside & drive through for a long time normally.

This works should learn how to read. When you ask for a coffee. There bring you tea. You take it back. Ask for coffee again and then they bring you a pot of tea. Then after that they call the number went up instead of a mocha I got hot chocolate. So this macca's doesn't get a good rating from me

Great family friendly environment, the wash rooms and amenities are fresh, clean well looked after . Nicola and the crew provide great service and are helpful. This McDonald's is in my opinion is outstanding and represents, McDonald's the way restaurants should be.

Drive through has a waiting bay .. and my order was given to someone else not only once. Kids working there need more training to handle orders and make sure give it to the correct customer. I would not recommend this place during busy hours.

They still don't know how to make good coffee (unlike most McDonalds).

disgraceful! i ask for a quater pounder meal with no onions or pickes and what do i get ? a quater pounder meal with onoins and pickles! i even got a lil bit of lettuce like lettuce isnt even on the burger so why the lettuce?!? also my chips werent very salty. PLUS the cashier took eight years to put the order in and she put the wrong drink in and gave me the wrong size!!!

We drove by this place yesterday, and made note of what looked like a great playspace. Drove back today especially to let the children try it out. Playplace was only average, as it was not very varied. It was also difficult to see the children once they were inside the climbing spaces. Toilets not child-friendly for three & four year old boys (bowls too tall). Of course, food was typical Macca's. Not sure about the neighborhood, as a quite strange woman, covered in sores, started up a very loud, seemingly-friendly-but-too- familiar conversation with children in the play area. Made me uncomfortable enough to go outside and chat with her, just to be safe.

23 minute wait in drive thru.. cold, squashed burgers and large fries were only half full. Staff grunts at you when asked what the hold up is. Classic example of the 'participation award' generation coming through.

Been coming here for years and it's a rarity that they get your order right the first time. In the last 3 months I've been given other people's food, missing items, and completely wrong orders. Seriously, how hard is it! You're not selling life insurance. Go to the one at Rouse Hill. They have much better service.

It is so annoying because you ask for something like just a meat and cheese burger but then they go and put the sauce and onions and pickles on the burger and this has happened quite a few times. Also once I ordered 3 frozen cokes and it took them 20 minutes to give them to us

The only thing that's open on Christmas day is McDonald's! So I will give it to them for that. But, they messed up our customised order big time. We requested to 2 cheese slices instead of 3 in the burger, and they provided NONE! The dressing of the salad was not there too. And asking for the missing things means you have to stand at the end of the queue all over again! I do understand the extra pressure on holidays but it's holidays (and supposedly "festive" mood) for the customers too!

Ordered on my app.. got my meal... after i got into my car i decided i wanted a soft serve... i paid for it with eftpos cause i didnt have change and i got oooh you going to put 60 cents on paywave ? i said better the changing a $50... we were at kings park mcdonalds at around 12 noon on sunday 22/10/17.
I was in disgust at the rubbish scattered on EVERY single table outside in and around the garden beds and even scattered through the carpark as the bin was overflowing. (I was actually horrified it was that bad!)
two customers went inside to get an employee to wipe the table for them. three employees in total came to the outside tables and no one attempted to clean or informed another employee of the filthy mess everywhere.
it still makes me feel physically ill with the filth of the restaurant and not one employee cared about the cleanliness.
it really makes me think how filthy it is were they do the cooking....seriously the health inspector need to visit that store I'm really concerned with the hygiene standards.
and no it was not busy at all, not that that is an excuse.

Why doesn't the franchisees of this store do not care??? Come on do something!! Today the cashier said as i paid that's your change you didn't ask for a receipt. That's clever considering when the customer asks for a receipt they think it's a audit and we get a hot meal?? After all its over social media!! They never do serve hot EVER here in Kings PARK anyways on any one occasion!! Secondly I love how they give you a buzzer then bring it out to you with a straw in drink but no napkins. It's happens to be the normal and people next to me complaining the same as i looked up at them to hear while im complaining in my own head!! No napkins to save Money?? What ther?? Been in here a few times and a walk in customer and it made me not want to return. The staff seemed disgusted that I walked it and the people in the back kept glaring at me. I'm a wheelchair user so I'm used to people taking a good look at me but I was waiting a while for my food and it seemed that every single staff member was glaring. Car better through drive through as they couldn't see my wheelchair. 2 stars purely as they haven't stuffed up an order which usually doesn't happen with a McDonald's.

We recently attended a children's birthday party here and I have to admit that the person running the party was amazing with the kids and had excellent energy and drive to put up with everyone's children, I didn't thank you on the day but you were amazing! Thank you!

Everytime we've come through the drive through we've had to go straight into the waiting bay. Order 1 meal, have to wait in the waiting bay. A coffee... have to wait. Frozen coke... still have to wait. So, if you're hungry or thirsty and need 'fast food' dont come here.

I don’t go to McDonald’s my druitt very often these days but every time I do the service is chaotic. Delivering drinks and food separately, sometime several minutes apart, is confusing for many and frustrating for all. Prepare the drinks, hold them at the desk and deliver the whole order when it’s ready as other outlets do

i saw multiple people spit in my drink, burger and fries. they then fried it in a bath of hot bunt ketchup with the wrapper still on. the toilets were filed to the brim with cum and used condoms covered with clotted period blood. i swear when entered the restaurant the place smelt like brunt dog. horrible service, horrible people, horrible place. - Gordon Ramsay

This location has severely inflated its prices compared to other Sydney McDonald's restaurants. Buying an identical breakfast order at this restaurant is $12.10, whilst McDonald's Woonona (northern Wollongong) is $11.55 and McDonald's Kirrawee is $9.30.

Why are you ripping off people in one of Sydney's lowest socio-economic areas, McDonald's Mount Druitt?

Boycott this location - if you want to eat McDonald's, buy it from somewhere that doesn't rip you off!

Adked for no sauce on 2 burgers and one normal burger waited in drive through for 10 mins then checked burgers... all had sauce.. walked in they gave me a large chips instead of medium for the inconvenience

The food was cold our order was wrong we had to go get our food even though we had the sit down number we had to wait 45 mins for our food then 30 mins for the hash browns every one who came after us got there food and we had to see what the hẹll was going on woth our food 5 times before we got it our kids came 4 times out of the playground to see were the food is. My husband had to go to the counter 5 times to see what was happening .we wont be returning

Service is sometimes slow and the dining area is not clean..one staff member refused to clean the dining area and everyone else had to eat in a dirty environment but overall the food is good but needs improving.

The service at this joint is very good. The order taking is accurate and the food is prepared in no time. Being flat to the party area makes it easier to keep an eye on kids whilst having a quick bite. Location is perfect.

Um well I ordered a big Mac but for some odd reason they gave me a slushie, now I was quite confused about why this happened so I decided to do some investigating, it turns out McDonalds is actually KFC in DISGUISE!!! I was quite scared by this so I ran home.

But overall the slushie was pretty good.

I order a medium coke and waited 5 mins, till served & my friend ordered Chicken & cheese burger medium meal deal with a sundae. By the time he got his order the sundae was soft and liquidity. They get the orders out far too slow, too many people running around doing nothing. Poor service.

Staff didn't know chocolate shake from vanilla. I ordered vanilla, got chocolate. I asked for a replacement, same issue. Never again, Maccas. Total disappointment.

Penrith Macca's Worst Angus Burger ever! They don't put any onion. I have explained it and they have made another one to fix it but that one were worse than before. The taste also is deserved 1 star.
Another thing is that they said we couldn't make any extra crispy chips. This is the reason why I go Maccas but they don't cook extra crispy chips!!!
I strongly suggest try another McDonald's !!

Very impressed with the cleanliness of this Macca's. I've come here 3 times now and they continuously clean the floors, I always see someone wiping down the benches, the bathrooms are smelling clean. It's a great place to take the kids on a hot day as the playground has a/c. Food comes out hot. Very happy with they're service.

Must mention the very courteous staff this morning and on my recent visits. There seemed to be more interaction with customers and everyone was smiling. A pleasant experience and I elected to have my coffee in, in preference to takeaway to enjoy the vibe. Well done guys!!

The worst McDonald's I have ever had. My friend and I went there last Friday night. Our burgers were very pink in the middle. We returned them and were given replacement burgers which were dripping with grease. Disgusting. No excuse for this as they were not even busy. Would not recommend McDonald's St Marys North to anyone.

Much better than the average Macca's. Ordered a brekkie outside of brekkie hours and it was prepared SO well! As fresh as a country Macca's! Much better than any inner city Macca's!

Went there at around 10-10:30 last night through the drive through. The staff were polite but the food was less than average. I asked for a mcfloat and recived a Mc sink with the wrong type of straw. Also the food generally wasn't the best or the freshest.

Went for drive through and they missed 3 things in our order. Then ordered via the app for pick up which no one there knows anything about. Finally when they figured it out they missed 2x large chips from my order of 3x large meals.

Had to go back to get the missing items on my both visits to this maccas.

We drive out of our way to come to this McDonalds not because of the great food of course, but because of the ROCKET SHIP Playland that the kids love. They play for a good hour most times. Not good on very hot days, as the play area is outside and inside the actual rocket becomes a solar oven.. Food id the typical fare. Seating is average.

Ordered from the breakfast menu. Food was cold and tasted stale. Our McHappy Meals were also barely warm and the food looked like it had been sitting around for hours. Very surprised at how poor the quality of the food and coffee.

This is a very clean and well run Mc Donalds. The cafe is pretty fast considering how busy it gets. Plus they have an extensive gluten free menu in the cafe. And now they do almond milk too. Well done Maccas i wish more would follow suit.

The service at this MCDonalds has gone down hill terribly. I will not leave the drive thru window now till I check that everything is there. I really don’t know why I continue to go there . Drive thru I always thought was to be quick I’m always in the waiting bay and then you make yourself out be one of those customers that staff talk about when you complain. Standard service as any other McDonald, quite good, very fast. I prefer to order on my own on the screen, make payment, pickup the buzzer, and then have it delivered to the table. Convenient, great for conversation etc. Don't need to queue.

Ordered 2 BLT burgers the lettuce was not fresh one burger was half wrapped and shoved into the bag

Brilliant food, fabulous service, and absolutely accurate on "getting the order right first time" coupled with that special breakfast juice treatment by that one special little Macca - always have said there is nothing like a BJ to start you day - beat the queue and book your special order on line!

I went through the drive thru today & ordered the BLT big Mac regular meal because it was the suggested way to receive the coke can glass, plus the bacon sounded nice.
Well the glass was awesome but the fries were cold & to my surprise & after nearly finishing the big Mac, I realised that there wasn't any bacon or tomato on it & that it was just a regular burger.
This was after a long day at work & no lunch break.
The staff were friendly but maybe too busy to pay attention to getting my simple request right.
Not happy.

Early morning coffee stop, to do some computer work. Staff were amazing, offering us free water, free Wifi and use of power to charge my laptop. Told us we could relax and stay as long as we needed. Thank you, we will visit again.

Unlike other Maccas this place does not have the incredibly annoying alarms going off constantlt in the kitchen. So nice and relaxing atmosphere.

I have lived in bexley for 20 years and have been eating there for the 20 years but in the last two years this food has become a joke today i went to eat there i got told to wait in the waiting bay after i waited a lady came out with a bag and no drink i asked for my drink she said on no problem walked in came back 5 minuets later saying sorry what size was your drink my food at this point was stale and cold if youse wanna stay in buisness i recommend changing all the managing staff and get serious

Something needs to be done about the drive through, the majority of us end up damaging our cars. It needs to be fixed asap, other wise you will lose business, its that simple.

Excellent location and open 24/7. McDonald's Sylvania serves fresh and tasty McDonalds food to your table. Staff are hospitable and facilities are clean. This is breakfast, lunch or dinner on the way to/from the airport.

Guy beind the counter freaked out when i took a few photos for Google.

Felt like I was going to be shived at anytime for my monopoly vouchers whilst on the short walk past what appeared to be old gym equipment as a playground. Quite alot of fluid on the ground, which at first thought appeared to be a blood and urine mix but thankfully turned out to be a knocked over, watered down coke. 10/10 would visit again.

Terrible service and even worse food I'm disappointed 9 times out of 10 when I go here. Had the worst frappe just full of uncrushed ice and my McMuffin bun was so hard it hurt to eat it, I couldn't eat it and it took them 5 minutes to serve me just stood there at the counter as they walked past didn't even care I was there. Their play equipment is outside and at this time of year the kids can't use it.

Your staff tonight had disgusting attitude when I asked for a fresh apple pie. I was questioned 3 times by the first woman at the window, and the tone of her voice was very offensive. Then when we pulled up to the second window the store manager said “are you the 8 minute people?”, and we were then questioned another 2 times by himself.
I don’t think it should of been made into such an issue as I am a paying customer who deserves what I ask for.

Food wasn't bad besides the fact I bought 2 double beef and bacon meals only got 1 Burger and rest of other meal and when I asked about the burger I got told I only ordered one when I had 2 drinks and 2 Fry's sitting there aswell gravy Fry's had no gravy drinks had no ice and weren't even filled. Come to this McDonalds a lot. They usually have pretty good service. On the rare occasion they can forget to give you part of your order or not give you the right change but besides that, they are good. They have quick service and are very friendly.

Absolutely disgusting. I went through drive thru tonight. The worker was very rude. Didn't give me my receipt. The fries were cold and saltless and I asked for a chicken clubhouse and was given beef! By the time I realised, I was home and too late to turn back. Not even worth 1 star!

Witnessed a fowl mouthed customer abuse a staff member and then be allowed to remain in the restaurant with nothing being said to her at all. Was told that only physical violence results in management asking a customer to leave which I think is a disgrace. I thought it was meant to be a family restaurant? Won't be taking my 3 year old or anyone else there again. Very sad that decent hard working staff should be subjected to that....noone deserves that!

My husband and I travel frequently between Windsor & Batemans Bay NSW.
All the Macdonalds that we visit, depending on the time of day for lunch/dinner or coffee and banana bread.
For Seniors, coffee along with a muffin or loaf has always been free BUT NOT at this Mcdonalds!
They wanted me to purchased a meal when we had already eaten at the Nowra McDonalds!
I told the lady in charge that this was a first for us and that we will no longer stop at this Mcdonalds ever!

Very disappointed we like the toasted sandwiches and seniors coffee to be told we must now purchase hamburgers instead. Our meal jumped from $20 to $28 just to stay with the toasted sandwiches. We won't be returning to the two stores that have imposed this greedie jump on seniors $28 for coffee and sandwiches for four aged pensioners boo to you. Norm Wake wife & parents.
