Mcdonald'S Bateau Bay

Poor Quality food and bad service. Ordered 3 wraps different flavours. Not marked which is what.

Friendly staff but they missed the hash browns on the first day which we only realised when we ordered the same breakfast next day. They got the coffee wrong twice giving frappuccino and iced latte instead of a normal latte. Definitely not the best Macca I've been to

Staff are Very Friendly! Food is Great! Nice Location, Near Batoyard (Skate park) and Overall a Nice Restaurant!

Had eat in Mocca & Banana bread friendly service. Banana bread was toasted perfectly

I had the worst egg mac bacon muffin ever today the egg 🍳 was burnt and black no yellow yoke. Extremely dry. Bun dry, bacon the same. Luckily my fries were 😊 Good. We tried to get into Carlos next door the queue was so long. We didn't want to wait. Empty at McDonalds you guys need to ask why you need to lift your game.☹️

just got the shittiest nuggets ever...i think they were made of wood!!! ...dried out nuggets of wood-jerky....they don't even break?!? ....no wonder the clown left....nothin 2 dance around and b proud of..... not really funny.... if I woz servin that 2 people and chargin them money I would hav the the doors and windows shut afta midnight 2...well everyone has 2 get 1 star.... U shouldn't b proud MacDonalds at bateau bay

Great spot.... But too cold for me in June. My wife got in though. And it's starting to sprinkle rain. At least that is warmer than in the pool.

Terrible customer service. Regularly gets orders wrong. Don't bother calling them up about their mistake...their childish managers will just talk down to you as if you're not a paying customer and that you're just trying to score free food despite already paying for food that you didn't receive. I can accept business occasionally make mistakes, however, I refuse to continue spending money at a business that employees people of low IQ who'll just insult you if you dare to complain about anything.

Fries often taste off. Shake machine always "being cleaned" after 11.30pm. I've switched to their competition

Is it that hard to get a drive through order right, at this Mcdonalds the answer to that question is, yes it is impossible to get an order right. Try Carl JNR's next door a little slower but at least the order is right.
