Mcdonald'S Brookvale

It's a little unrealistic to have overly high expectations of any one specific McDonald's over another, because let's face it, they all pretty much make the same thing the same way with very little variation. McDonald's is more a factory production line than a creative space for aspiring chefs and cooks (in my humble opinion). Based on this alone even if you don't like McDonald's for whatever the reason I believe it should still be rated on it's merit for what it does and how well it does it, regardless of your personal bias towards the chain. That's why I will almost always start with three stars as a rating before even walking through the doors. It will either do what a McDonald's does with nothing outstanding but nothing to complain about and keep it's there stars, or it will go up or down, depending on my experience from that point onwards. Now, this isn't the worst McDonald's so it's not going to get one star, but the reason for losing a star comes down to the continual forgetting of items in my order on too many occasions to be a one off accident. McDonald's as a business has made the entire process easier than cracking an egg so to say it shouldn't be rocket science to ensure orders are filled properly consistently isn't too much to ask for. If it weren't for the fact this is a twenty four hour operating location then I may have gone for the one star after all but hey, open all hours is a convenience that's worth something in my view.

Worst customer service ever received. Memorable but not in the good way. Wow!

They need to give the guy that is taking orders for drive throu and doing the McCafe a pay rise! Visited there 9pm 31/8/17 and he was running it like a boss. No help from anyone!!

Worst McDonald's I have ever experienced.
Service very poor, so many staff, and yet not getting it done.
Food cold and looking like they were unsure what it was ment to look like. Soo much red onion!

Brookvale is the worst McDonalds! always get the order wrong, fries always cold and half full, 2 strings of lettus, a dab of sauce on the big mac and no pickle. Happy meal toy they gave was already open and missing pieces. Never going there again! i will drive to beacon hill from now on!

Close to Hotel Travelodge. Good menus within range. Serves quickly. Lovely place for hunger Management

Watch out! Parking fine of $77 for being a customer eating in their store. Only allowed 1 hour in car park. Be careful not to rush your lunch and get indigestion

Almost always got what I need - ice drinks - frozen Lemon Lime and Bitters is FANTASTIC

Great spot for a quick feed no matter what time of day/night

Pretty poor experience at the drive through here. 3 happy meals all missing toys. Unsalted fries. Bottled water at room temp. Big macs were average. Sorry guys...but nothing was upto scratch with our visit.

Best place to eat good servise and friendly staff.
