Mcdonald'S Cartwright

I tend to avoid this store because of how dirty it always is but decided to give it another shot after 2 years. No. Big mistake. Service still slow. Food not fresh. Litter and food everywhere on the floors and just not a clean or welcoming place.

Cold fries and a chicken burger with the lettuce and sauce off the bun. Could have done better at the local soup kitchen.

Takes forever to get your order if your ordering from inside, drive through is there main priority, and everything was close to cold. Honestly not happy.

They ALWAYS get something wrong no matter what ! Its my local so i go there often , today's stuff up is my burger , i ordered a clubhouse chicken burger . Come home to find they've given me a classic crispy chicken burgers instead also i ordered bbq sauce for nuggets they gave me sweet n sour but i noticed that mistake before i left drive thru . WORST MACAZ IN THE AREA ! Also all their thickshakes are WHITE and flavourless !

Wish i could give no stars!! Every time I come here the service is unprofessional to say the least. Seems like no one knows what is actually going on and they always stuff up my order!! Its not hard to read a screen and put correct products into a bag..
Plus EVERY SINGLE TIME I've gone through drive thru i had to wait 15 mins or more. When i complained, the "staff" gave me attitude. . Avoid this place at all costs!! Not worth it!!

Restaurant is putrid, the staff are louder than the patrons and very unorganised not a pleasant experience. Didn't bother using the restroom because of the state of the floor in the restaurant

It's mac Donald's what else can you expect. Location isn't too bad. Always heaps of parking.

Waiting time is ridiculous reguarly (waited 20 minutes for a Caramel frappe), staff are unprofessional, yelling out and playing games, orders are reguarly wrong eg taken off pickles when ordering yet burger still has them and or something like sauce ive paid for is forgotten, not a nice experience to sit inside, usually its other people making a racket but here its the staff. When made wait for something for ocer 15minutes i was handed a melted choc sunday and staff were rude when i asked for a fresh one... not impressed would prefer to go out of my way to a nicer macdonalds

Food and service is rubbish. Coffee is the best Maccas "barista" made coffee in the South West. I'm in 3-5times a week with the nephew and dad for coffee. We don't bother eating though.

Stay away, worst Mcdonalds ever! Poor quality food and they mess up the orders every time I went there and spilt drinks in my car when I went through drive through, go elsewhere!

Went there got given stale fried fish burger had a quarter slice of cheese bad customer service

A good place for a bite and close to office works and bunnings

Every time I come to this McDonald's I am asked to wait in the waiting bay, all I ordered this time is 6 nugets and a cheese burger, why am I waiting for this? Hopeless!!

Many times visted there , always dirty . Store manager knows nothing about products and no apology after serving burgers (bakery buns )like STONE .very rude . Grilled chicken served cold . Very disappointed. Waited 40'minutes for make your own burgers . drinks and chipas never turned up .
