Eating there this morning. Luke warm hot cakes. Worst coffee ever. I could not drink it. Very dirty tables and floor. Rubbish not cleared from tables. Not a very pleasant experience.

Much better since the renovation. I've still had mixed experiences, but food and coffee in particular can take a ridiculous amount of time to come out. Food has generally been good tho.

Edit Dec 2017: have had a run of bad orders and rude / abrupt drive thru staff. New ordering system has a lot of glitches too which doesn’t help matters.

They really ram the food into the bags so it’s near impossible to check your order - why not just spread across two bags if you can’t actually close the bag?!?!

I always order takeaways. The service is fairly fast, but putting the orders together in the bag is a weak spot for these guys. I haven't recieved a proper takeaway for a very long time, there is always something missing. And seriously guys, stop putting the chips upside down.

DRIVE THROUGH. The young man taking orders was very well spoken, clear, professional and polite.
I only have one problem. Why isn't it part of the service to supply serviettes? No one seems to do it anymore, you have to ask for them. Please just give them out with every meal. Other than that all staff were bright and friendly. Keep up the good work!

Futuristic is a really underrated rapper, he drops some fire beats man. He really should be more popular, he is way better than Kendrick in my opinion

Got order wrong. Long weigh and then didn't end there as they didnt re make order completely so stuff we got with the order that wasnt wrong we got cold then to add insult asked for sauce for chicken nuggets we bought they wanted us to pay for sauce because they and we forgot when the food was collected.

Absolutely disgraceful. After waiting 20 minutes for my order to arrive in drive thru and going home to relax with 24 nugs in hand, I realised a piece of my order was missing. I had to go back and tell them how bad their drive thru service is. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes for my missing burger. This has happened twice in the past 2 months. I gotta at least give them 3 stars because 24 nugs are the best thing that has ever happened to maccas.

Slow service waited over 25 mins for nuggets and a sausage mc
muffin.

Clean, friendly and consistent - all in all, worth a stop for a quick meal.

Went through drive through to order, 5 minute drive home and I find out my drink is 2/3 full and instead of sprite it's pretty much carbonated water and the fries cold and hard.
Pathetic and they charge you top dollar for their sub standard food & service.

Been coming here with kids for over 10 years. You dont go to maccas for chef cooked food. But quality is fair to good and they update the building constantly . Unlike most maccas . They earn the extra star for the pure joy thier happy meals and constantly changing playground has given my kids .

Very slow service and waited 15 min for 2 sundaes
Tried again the following week
Waited 10 minutes before approaching counter and asking for a refund, was told i can only get a refund if the food wasn't up to standard
Told them i havent even got the food yet and could i get a refund on below standard service. A no to that..

Took them 50 seconds to them produce the order and offered me a free apple pie which i refused. The young manager needs to go back to customer service school and i will be heading down the road to buy from a competitor in future. Lost a 30 year customer and family...
