Mcdonald'S Eagle Vale

Convenient coffee and a bite to eat. Depends who's on as to how well your coffee is made or tastes.

Reading other people's reviews, I think some people expect way too much from a McDonald's restaurant. It's not a 5 star restaurant it's a fast food chain. So no your food won't look perfect and sometimes there'll be a little bit of mess. So so many people walk in and out everyday and the staff work so hard and as fast as they can to satisfy all demands of the restaurant. And if you're not happy with a certain aspect, if you ask them they'll sort it out immediately. That's good service!

As for Eaglevale specifically, this is one of the better McDonald's restaurants in the Macarthur/Campbelltown region. I've found that the quality of the food I get is actually quite a bit better. It's usually quite fresh, full, and well-made. As it's a fast food, as expected there are hiccups. I haven't had many from Eaglevale McDonald's however in the past I have received a burger missing ingredients, chips that weren't so good etc - nothing out of the ordinary for a fast food chain and nothing I could easily sort out. I will say that I'd be much happier to wait an extra few minutes and receive a more complete and better quality burger than have it as fast as possible. The tidiness of this restaurant can be quite good to quite average depending on what time of the day you go. Personally I've never seen it "filthy" ever. So this is quite a good McDonald's to go to, not the best I've ever been to, but very good - especially in comparison to other local McDonald's stores.

I never go to Macdonalds, especially Eagle Vale, the staff pay more attention to the drive through than they do the customers in the store. The food is over priced, and very ordinary.

The proffessional friendly staff are so encouragable it is such a joy to visit.

Make sure you check your order in drive through as you will end up with the wrong food.

Seem almost incapable of getting an order correct. My wife orders a coffee Frappe and 50% of the time gets a chocolate one that she doesn't even like. Time has moved on and a year later they have only ever got one order totally right. If you dont check everything you wind up with the wrong stuff. I have even ordered an Angus Classic meal and got a chicken burger, simply hopeless.

I came and waited at the drive through at about 4:20 and waited 20min so walked inside and they were playing games half moped outside and when I asked the girl working morning shift what's going on she ignored me and carried on with her conversation very disgusted and pissed

The service is appalling waited 20 minutes for 3 frozen drinks!!! Management needs improvement! I'll never go back to this McDonalds store again.

We ordered through the self order the Mcchicken box value meal and waited in such a long very long wait. Then when our order supposedly to be ready, they advised us oh that box no more is available. Oh my why didnt you tell us while waiting all that long expected to be driving to our next job. We felt like chicken and the service was so plunt no sorry or anything.
She offered to pay extra for some other meal or get the meat value meal which we chosen the meat.

After another 5min she comes back and tell us oh we dont have frappaies you can have milkshake. Seriously after that long you discover your stock shortage.
We chosen the iced lattee instead as we are forced to wait and had no other choices.

This is not McDonald's we know.
