Great place for a quick pit-stop on the way home. Because the staff are trying their best to serve you as quickly as possible there are times when you don't get what you asked for. There is never a problem with returns though.

BY FAR THE BEST MACCAS IN THE SHIRE !!! THE STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONAL AND THE FOOD AND COFFEE is SUPERB!

I live close by and used to come here often, but after repeatedly forgetting to put sauces (that I paid for) in the bag, even after numerous complaints, I've started going to a different restaurant.
Otherwise the service was usually good, if a little slow.

The best drivethru in Australia because of Penny.....she should be the benchmark all Maccas staff aspire to be :)

Manager Jeremiah is so attentive to us on our regular monthly visits to this restaurant.
He always comes to say hello and make sure everything is ok with our meals. We love you Jeremiah 💖💖💖

This store is located next to a main highway,
So this place can get very busy.
The young staff are hardworking and polite. And the food well Macas is macas .

Our five star experience was all due to one person. A mature lady who served us through drive through.
She waited through our order without snapping "is that all?" When she took our payment she said "good morning" "thank you" "how are you today?" McDonald's Engadine this team member is your best asset and I can assure you I have NEVER had such an amazing experience at any other fast food outlet. EVER. Maybe this might be the hint to provide employment for other older people who understand how to be pleasant and efficient.

nice friendly staff.. Toilets not clean. urinal out of order. No wifi.. they claim there's wifi.. but won't work at all
