Good place to great reasonable coffee from drive thru & cheaper than west gosford. Staff friendly.

It was good but I was in the drive though entrance and I waited for a big Mac burger it took 8 minutes to get it to me

Better than your average Maccas. Drive thru can be a little slow, but only because of the sheer volume of cars coming through at peak times.

Fast, friendly and efficient service late at night. Good quality meal which I don't expect from McDonald's so was pleasantly surprised

This is a local McDonald's for me and this month I have visited 3 times, 2 out of 3 times I have been let down completely.
Visit 1. I was served through drive through and I ordered a simple 2 hamburgers without pickles instead I received 2 of the most dry hamburgers with just the bun and meat patty, no sauce or onion NOTHING.
Visit 2. I had received a replacement meal to make up for the last visit so I cannot complain with this visit.
Visit 3. I have just spent almost the whole day in a non air conditioned car and finally I get to McDonald's for a $1 frozen coke, sure enough I take a sip and NOT FROZEN second sip NOT FROZEN... This time I did not bother complaining and thought I'd review this restaurant.

I wish the food was hotter I miss the just cooked taste

Slow talking and horrible customer service plus didnt even give me a cheesburger i ordered and wrong sauce. Plus they dont answer their phone!

Waited for awhile then the drive through person had to ask some one to serve the counters.

Create your own creates terrible service. Told to sit and wait, but our food sat and waited for us to pick up.
