Its pretty good for coffee. Staff are friendly. There frozen coke is often unavailable which makes me a bit kranky. But usually pretty good.

I only recently have been visiting Fairfield Macdonalds - mainly for the 24 hour drive thru. I am a little disappointed as I do visit late when I do - food is usually recooked or reheated n not freshly served - I do emphasize that this is very late at night - I’m quite sure during the day everything is fine.

pack of idiots !!! i just came through the drive inn 1.05am i ordered a apple pie and two chocolate sundaes chocolate top and bottom that i paid extra for. I get home and ive only got choc on the top but wait theres more i take a bite of my pie and ffs its COLD not warm im guessing they pulled it from the fridge shame on you Maccas staff Fairfield.i called 9 times and they will not answer.i be catching you up in the morning.

You know when you've been eating healthy for way too long that you decide to give yourself that little treat by doing a maccas run?
Well what if that little run f***ed you sideways so hard that your little treat was no longer enjoyable and suddenly just became money you could have saved.
Well imagine you were going through drive through and had to wait ten minutes for a cheese burger. A cheeseburger that literally takes 45 seconds to make. when the manager hands the burger and fries to you (fries were not fresh, which is why the timing is only based on the burger) you ask if the sauce is in there (sweet n sour). He looks you RIGHT in the eyes and says "yep", with so much confidence that he doesn't even open the bag to confirm. So you say thanks drive into a parking spot and check anyway. This is the first indication that this douche has zero F**ks to give. That's right ladies and gentlemen, there was NO sauce in the bag. So then you walk into the store, tell that same manager that the sauce was infact not in the bag, so he grabs one and hands it over in a "oh okay" attitude, no sorry then gets back to work. What evs. Then you get home and guess what, your cheese burger looks like it was made by a toddler. Bread melted the cheese in a lopsided shape where it only covers half the burger. No mustard whatsoever and a dash of ketchup and onions. What did it taste like? bread and meat. And it was dry. Next time i feel like a treat, maybe i'll do it properly and hit a kebab store.
Also next time i buy anything from here. I'll inspect the entire order inside and out and if it's not how a burger should be... well i'll just leave that to everybody's imagination

Always getting our order missing. By the time you reach home you realise they forgot a burger or chips. Make sure you check first.

Average. My toastie was hot and toasted on the outside and cold as anything on the inside.

This is the 2nd time this has happened.

We had to wait a bit longer than usual for our order but it's okay. Manager on the day decided it's no good serving McFlurry Oreo with whatever bits and pieces are left so he had to refill. Much appreciated.
