Mcdonald'S Gosford West

very nice restaurant with a clean and bright atmosphere. Love the high ceilings and the cafe is very modern. I go here quite often and the staff are always very nice to me. Never had any problems ... shout out to Ben and arron the managers

I actually ate my Cesar salad from a china bowl with real knives and forks not plastic everything. It was really nice with table service also.

We eat at this place this evening, what really impressed me was the dury manager, my grandson spotted the dragon that is supplied with the happy meal, there was none in stock apart from the one in the showcase, the duty manager checked the store first and when he could not find one he decided to go out of his way and give my grandson the green dragon that was in the showcase, awesome manager that was very nice to meet such a person, thank you duty manager at west Gosford

Just beautiful store .Very kleen. Wish Airport was this store.However a simple salad had bittrot missing and parmesan and was half full. It was late maybe they are tyred

The cleanest, tidy restaurant ever. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff and clean toilets.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Can always find parking when I visit. Near the bus stop so people cannot arrive by car can still get there. Clean compared to other McDonald's. What I particularly liked is the fact that they have employed a special needs person to work in t he table area. He was wonderful and very helpful. Goood on ya Maccas.

I really resent the direction that McDonald's has been heading. Their burgers are overpriced and underwhelming. Menu items that once were part of their dollar menu now cost upwards of $2-3, for example hash browns are $2.20 when it's possible to buy an entire bag of frozen ones from the supermarket for less than a single hash brown. They're the exact same product.

As for the Gosford store, it looks great but screams "notice me" with how they've turned incredibly trendy to stay relevant. Their new burger station takes longer, with minimal orders, to make a burger than the main station when it's flat out.

Never would I have thought it'd be cheaper and easier to simply cook at home but McDonald's is certainly leading the way with its expense creep and overt pandering.

Has a restruant feel, not a regular fast food McDonald's like in Sydney. Staff were friendly

Thanks for great and fast service on Christmas day. My 94yo dad wanted a Maccas coffee for Chrissy Day morning tea.

Drive through customer service is appalling every single time. If only any of your staff were like the "success stories" you advertise on the television.

Quick service and well, fast food. I don't eat here generally. Update.. Just ordered a meal and large chips is tiny. Took a long time also.
