It's good and the food is usually fresh, but I suppose the biggest problem (which is being a bit picky) is that they are very busy and there is usually a long line ether inside or even in the drive thru. Also on hot days the frozen drinks and ice creme machines go out of order quickly

Waited there for like 15 minuets just to get a soft serve cone very disappointed.

I waas very disgusted from the setting area between the seats there’s gab and was full of dirt and rabbish old food and dead cockarouch .. I even took a photo of it as proof I can’t believe as a big name as M can’t even fix that I didn’t even eat my food

Service here is terrible. Sign says order and sit, we'll bring it to you. Told the cashier where we were sitting. Staff asked a customer to come grab me. No tray. At the same time there were people walking out cursing, even a lady at the drive thru waiting area was upset with the staff member for how long she waited and the food was cold.
This franchise obviously has issues.

Got charged 95c extra for changing a small drink to a frozen coke. The thing is that they gave me a small frozen instead of a large which is normally $1. When I questioned it, they said that This is what Macca's corporate told them to do. So if you get a small meal then get a large frozen then you get alot more plus a drink for 5c more . The problem is that they don't tell you this unless you complain about it

The line in drive thru can be long on some afternoons but the service is good and the staff are friendly,

It's one of the best store ever I tried all maccas from Campbelltown to Bankstown and this one is the best Campbelltown one is the worst order never right and I order a Mcfeast meal got a cheese burger so I'm sticking with this store

This McDonald's Ice cream machine has not been working for about 6 months, drove in today cause I really wanted a Sunday in this heat and what a surprise still not working. So rediculous! If the owners are just going to let it get run down why bother just close up shop now.

Absolutely worst McDonald's, waiting over a 1000 seconds and still waiting my food. Could've drove to Bonnyrigg McDonald's and came back and it still wouldn't be done. 🖕🏿

The food meets a suitable standard to make me become a repeat customer.

Terrible service. Filthy dirty toilet. Staff are very rude and nobody seems to give a damn how long you are made to wait.
Would give a zero if I could.
