Mcdonald'S Kelso

The MacDonalds at Kelso is the worst MacDonalds I HAVE EVER been to, it was filthy every table either had rubbish on it or it was covered in food. The young girl serving had no enthusiasm about providing good customer service she looked like she was just filling in her Sunday afternoon and collecting a pay check while being so unimpressed. We waited 15 minutes for two medium meals, a frozen Fanta and a chicken and cheese burger. When we asked how much longer our order would be, we were yelled at and told “ we are waiting in chicken”. When we eventually got our meals the chips were cold and the meal wasn’t very enjoyable.. I will no be back to the Kelso Store any time soon.

Unlike their Bathurst counterpart, this outlet is yet to serve me a live cockroach in a Big Mac... cleanliness level - acceptable

Went through drive through was the slowest ever as I sat at the recieving window for easy 10 minutes was not asked to.waite in waiting bay any when we.arrived home it was the wrong order

It was a damn tea and didn't even bring it out ended up paying and leaving without the tea, can't believe it. And they take to long
