Mcdonald'S Kotara

It's a pretty nice McDonalds. Coffee is pretty good and it has table service which is nice. My breakkie roll came out quickly aswell.

Burgers, chicken nuggets, fries and service terrible. Also drive through takes forever. Do not go to Mc Donalds people ('_') :6 :(

Waited 12 mins in waiting bay fpr a mcmuffin while watch rats eat food off the floor in the outdoor seating area

The customer service at Kotara maccas is disgusting I am not one to complain but once I confronted the cashier and asked why she was laughing as my grandpa has a studder problem they didn’t even say anything just to drive to the next window they got us to park and I asked if the manager could hand the order to us. He came out as I told him what happened he goes I’m sure they weren’t laughing at him and walked off. After missing a burger I went back in and asked for a fresh burger. I asked to see the manager again to confront him again about the cashier laughing he told me they were probs laughing at a joke or something. To me that has made me not want to go there ever again.

This McDonald's is great. I don't go to McDonald's often because of horrible service and dirty areas. But this McDonald's was above and beyond. The manager/owner was there making sure everything was running smoothly and was personally helping make sure the areas stayed clean. Awesome.

Good service. Got free chips while waiting for apple pies to be ready. Pays to ask for commentaries.😁

My chips tasted like they had been sitting there for over an hour and if that doesn't suck enough my lemonade was soda water.. apparently changing the syrup isn't a thing for you guys?

They used to look after seniors but not so much now. MacDonalds at Charlestown are the best so I go out of my way to regularly go there.

Took 20 minutes to make a small chocolate frappe. And then to hear crew members say "can't wait for theses asswholes to leave". Yeah great service guys 10/10. From 7 McDonald's workers in a group of 8.

Better than Charlestown or Belmont Maccas hands down. The other 2 suck.

Great food, staff should have smiles on their face when they serve and be nice :)

Service was terrible took 15 mins to get my meal when there was basicly no one in there then didnt give me one of my drinks an had to go back terrible

Just another McDonald's! Usually get a quick drive through coffee. Sometimes quick, but sometimes tends to be bit slow and have to wait in holding bay.
