Mcdonald'S Lithgow

I ordered an English Breaky Wrap from the kiosk only then to be told that it's not made anymore. This was fine, I just swapped it for a sausage mcmuffin and asked for the remainder of money back. I got given 70 cents which seemed wrong to me but I was confirmed that that was the right amount. While waiting for my food I went to the kiosk again to double check the prices, only to find out i was meant to be given $1.35. I didn't want to go to the counter and ask for my 55cents so I just left it. But this is still ridiculous. Program the kiosk right and then make sure the staff can properly deal with the problem, and not continue to rip off customers.

Directed to waiting bay from drive thru, then waited 25 mins for cold food to arrive. Went inside to complain but there were already 2 people complaining to a manager with plenty of excuses. Left dissatisfied, will avoid this maccas in the future.

At the moment due to renovations (atleast i think) it was poor, no where near enough seating, waited ages for my food and it was cold

Always stop there wen going on drives .. always busy there .. Sat wen to Orange had to pic up a trye with the rim on it ..as a spare for my husbands car. Luv long drives. The scenery was beautiful but it was bone dry no rain for months and being so cold too. 5 star.

Was extremely busy afternoon on Easter Friday congratulations goes to all the staff everyone did extremely well

Goes to MACDONALD LITHGOW, orders cezar burger, request no Egg on burger, worker replies, no egg is on this burger.... I get home and once again find a god Dam egg

Please also note that I am allergic to.eggwhites, but hey who cares! obviously not the crew at good old Maccy-D's

We were on the way home from mudgee and stopped into Lithgow Maccas we asked for a gourmet chicken burger and a gourmet beef . We ended up getting the complete opposite all I had was onion sauce and it was like a cheese burger patty and my daughter had 1 and a half cheese burger Patty's on her with a bunch of lettuce! Extreme long wait and would not be spending my money there.
