Mcdonald'S M4 West

Quick customer service. Haven't got an order wrong yet. Quick drive through experience.

All the tables in the area I was sitting in were dirty. I told the person on the register twice and nothing was done. Then I told another man in a different coloured shirt and he told the younger one on the register to clean them. He wiped some of them haphazardly and some not at all. There was no care taken in putting our burgers together. One was very lopsidedly put together and one was squashed. Won't be going back there in a hurry.

This is the absolute worse McDonald's I have ever been to , review is a long time coming because I could never be bothered , but the arrogance of the staff today tips the scales.

And those forced smiles , how annoying!

Disgusting and dirty. Food is ok. Service is fine.

Always fat service at this place and never had a cold or wrong meal. Well not that I can remember ha ha. Nice to sit outside in the sun too.

Service is good in mid afternoon weekday 4/5, poor outdoor dining room cleanliness 2/5 , food was hot 4/5, given a dirty tray with a clean tray liner 1/5, overall experience this visit 2/5.

Convenient location for a quick bite on the way to work, excellent drive through service. Never actually tried dining in, but friendly and quick drive through.
