Lovely ladies in McCafe, busy with a herd of tradies still put boiling water in my baby bottle to clean it straight away.

Fries a bit cold. Lots of Maccas have them sitting there for ages. Same as some are lining up pre poured cokes etc.
Cheese burger tasteless.
Nice to have table service but then you can't see what's happening.

Fairly good parking availability, large undercover outdoors dining area and it seems to be kept clean reasonably well, although they had dirty toilets, it was a busy day, so thats understandable.

Nice clean restaurant. Good service. Disappointed in the frys they were cold and only half a container of the large. Burgers seem to be getting smaller every time. Coffee was good.

I travel to Maitland for work regularly and like my muffin and coffee for breakfast. However because it takes ages to get the coffee (this McDonald's wide not just here), I order that first then I will order the muffin. Problem is, at this store the preorder screens are always failing to print the receipt and to get them to reprint at the counter appears to be a mammoth task requiring at least two people.
While I wouldn't say the service is really bad, I wouldn't say it is that great either. Singleton is better across the board.

I love the coffee, i dont like the food as it all faty.

Worst service ever at any venue, waited 10 minutes to be served even though no one was in front of me. The I had to explain to the attendee what I wanted six times, the bill came to $6 more than what I ordered, a manager had to come over and fix it. The manager brought the food out and tossed it on the table because I complained about the staff member. The food was cold and sloopy in the container. I'd give them negative stars if I could.

Restaurant area is normally well kept and clean, last time I had a coffee I had to throw it out it was that filthly ( yes filthy tasted like it had been prepared with a dirty sock ) had to take my son to the toilet they were disgusting the restaurant was renovated some time ago however they didn't do the toilets ?

Every time I order from East Maitland I either have a item missing or an incorrect burger no onion or pickle usually will have both or one or the other.

Tonight I didn't get Mc bites so now I down $2.50
And I'm having to explain to my 5 year old that dad/ mum will have to share ( and he only really eats mc bites )

Go to Thornton ( they won't stuff your order ) (chips often fresh to ) or Rutherford

Food was really fresh. Customer service was great. Mcafe is really good. Overall a clean and peaceful place to enjoy a coffee or a meal.
