The electronic ordering system failed to produce a numbered ticket or receipt and also displayed and allowed items to be purchased that staff stated, were no longer on the menu! An alternative item was given in lieu. Pick your act up McDonalds

Good food, love the customer service. Akways get parked, even if its just a cheeseburger

Dont like that Mc Donalds for many reasons that i would rather not share,you have to experience these things for yourself.

excellent service very quick and brought our lunch over to us i said to my Aunty how much they have improved

Messed up our order, short on what we ordered, and wong drinks. Then put as much as possible in a single takeaway bag so that it spilled when we picked it up.
Don't usually expect much from a McDonald's, but this was pretty ordinary.

Different owners to maccas on high street Penrith and 10 cents more plus in every item you purchase...little weird i reckon. All. Maccas should be the same Australia wide

6 out of 10 times they'll get your order wrong. That is a guarantee. Feel free to take your chances or try the Penrith leagues one, much better if more busier.

Quite pleasant. It was warm and clean enough. I used it as place to wait while my son was in a meeting. Very convenient especially on a cold Sunday night :)

Absolutely DISGRACEFUL and DISGUSTING service, I have given this store, ,chance after a chance after chace as it my local Store, I have had SHOCKING!!! Attendance at the drive through, been spoken to rude and directly as of 10 minutes ago I was sitting at the drive through speaker saying hello? Hello? Wondering if anybody could hear me, the same rude familiar voice came through the speaker, "were busy right now wait!! " in a disgusting tone, I have given this manager change after chance, last month me and my partner came through the drive through and he was on the, I just finished work, 3am , Sunday morning, ordered a double cheeseburger, got rudely told to wait on the waiting bay for fries when we did not ever order fires, sat for another five minutes, only to leave with getting home and finding out my partners burger has one hamburger patty, and one sausage Mcmuffin patty, we called our local McDonalds , at Penrith, and only to put surprise, greeted by the same rude disgusting customer service manager,to be told OH sorry we were busy...yet we were one of the cars in the drive through, and nobody, take this as an
Official complaint of nothing is done about this I will take further action

Great customer service! To your table service and the manager on duty this morning is full of energy and clearly loves his job. This is what I want to see in a customer facing retail environment.

Nice staff and accessable location but not always so clean and I experienced the shift supervisor arguing with a customer over the quality of a food item. They did however finally offer a different product to that person after some arguing from both parties.

Black listed Maccas, staff are moderate or less friendly. Food is not fresh or poorly made. Sloppy workmanship in food creating.

Mccafe: food I the window has been sitting there for a few days. Not fresh or overloaded with chemicals. Coffee is constantly burnt. Coffee beans are off (tastes bitterly bad)
