Mcdonald'S Punchbowl

McDonald's is McDonald's. Its fast food, not so nutritious but at times so very convenient. Fast service, took the server a couple of times to get the order right but the food came out quickly, the eating area was chaos with kids running around everywhere having the time of their lives.

Don't do a lot of reviews of McDonalds but I feel I have to on this occasion as it is downright pathetic. Aside from the general incompetency of the clearly undertrained counter staff, the quality of the food is absolutely deplorable. My Big Mac was barely held together and the sauce was rancid. Honestly how do you stuff up a Big Mac? They're developed using a routinised procedure. Avoid at all costs.

Great store outfit but very poor service & hygiene. 3 staffs near counter chatting while doing some small routine work, ignoring our apprearance & just let us hanged there until I asked for my order to be placed. Napkin, bag/box pakages and rubbish everywhere (even in the kids playground).

I personally didn't like fast food restaurants much but I like this one - McDonald Punchbowl. Well prepared burgers and chips compared to other McDonald restaurants in other suburbs,
I would say, most fast food restaurants in Australia (McDonald, Hungry Jacks, Red Roosters,.. etc.) are well organized but only McDonald has that...that computerized ordering machine inside the restaurant which customers can use for ordering. It's really convenient, don't like waiting on the queue, other fast food restaurants should do the same,

It really surprised me when we dropped in to KFC for 2 large chips.
We waiting in the drive through behind 2 other cars for 15 minutes!!!!! Then when we get to the window, they bring us the wrong order and then when we tell them what we ordered, we watched the man go and get chips out and put them into the fryer. So we waited another 10 minutes!!! And as we watched them just all standing around in the kitchen waiting for the chips we were really shocked to think that none of them had the decency to come and yell us there is a wait. We just sat there in the drive through for 25 minutes in total.
WILL NEVER BE RETURNING!
Advice for KFC Punchbowl... learn some customer service.

One of the best Maccas around. They get your order correct and it has the best cleanest icecream.. Great staff

Food Quality seems to slip considerably during busy times.

When quiet they are quiet good.

I like it here its a nice wide entry for drive thru and service is always fast and efficient.

Cant fault it really tho never been inside for at leat 20 years

The drive through in this McDonald's wrecked one of my hub caps slightly, it's not a big deal but it's really annoying. They have a rat maze for the cars drive through and it's designed with low kerb columns that you can't see that well. It's basically a lawsuit waiting to happen. Worst of all some of the items on order weren't available here, and finally when I got to the end of it all the girl didn't even get my order right, I had to go back in the store and sort it out.

I will never go back here. Appalling.

The attitude of all staff members are just appalling. I waited 5 minutes to be served while the cashier girl had a chat with a friend, purposely ignoring the customers waiting.
The state the food comes out in is just disgusting, no effort to even make sure the food they serve looks somewhat appetising. This type of service and food shouldn't even be provided for free. Absolutely terrible.

Typical McDonald's. Drive thru is always busy and always a queue. Inside it does get very messy at times.

Omg the incompetent staff. Waited 25 minutes for 1 hot cakes and a sausage and egg McDuffin. Had three coffees brought to me on three separate occasions to be asked is this what your waiting on? Never again!!!

Fairly new building. Clean with lively atmosphere. Music running smoothly and pleasant. Staff attentive and fast. I would suggest the staff greet the customers with smile, that will be a plus.

the girl at the front named Marwa is the best at was she does, she was the best trainee i have ever seen and meet and i thinks she has all the skills to become manager. she would always serve me and i couldn't ask for better service thanks Marwa
