Mcdonald'S Salamander Bay

Disappointingly grubby restaurant, had to ask for table to be wiped,floor really dirty at 7.30am. Ordered 3 milkshakes,machine broken,asked for hot chocolate as alternative -15 minutes,they forgot, another 5 minutes -forgot again😨. Bad cappuccino, young staff not interested, wont be back.

One of the worst managed McDonald’s stores in Australia.

Often the restaurant seating area is in such a disgrace that it breaches the guidelines of New South Wales health. Often customers Insider are ignored because all they care about is the drive-thru (understaffed). Coffee on some days is so poorly extracted that I doubt they were trained properly as McDonald’s promotes.

Often they are under staffed and they put enormous and unnecessary stress on the teenagers working for McDonald’s. I wouldn't recommend any parent to allow their child to work at this store. Bullying is unacceptable in Australian work places.

Customers are interrogated when they go back for replacement food that is not to a standard or what they ordered. Clear breach of consumer protection under law.

This store is refusing to honour the Monopoly instant win tickets despite not expiring until the end of the month.

Staff are suprisngly capable and understand evem the weirdest of requests

Got meal deals for 4 ppl.. Got home, no thickshake, go back get thickshake, get home and realise a small chips short.. Tried to ring, no answer..

Discussed food all over the floor tables not wiped down serving top smeared l think it was wiped with a dirty cloth discussed and left.

6.15am- stop to grab a cup of tea. No full cream milk, only skim or soy. So i drove down to the servo and got my own milk. Why wouldnt they do the same? I woukd have thought milk is kind of important for hot drinks in the morning...

This is typical of most McDonalds stores However attracts a large number of schoolchildren who use the free Wi-Fi. You might have ten children using seating, with only one or two actually eating. The same occurs with queuing to place orders and is frustrating because you don't know who is intending to place an order, and who is just standing in the queue to simply talk.
