Mcdonald'S Seven Hills North

Excellent service... Friendly staff... Obliging and prompt... Young grandchildren,aged 4 years and 15months, loved their breakfast then had fun in playground...will come again. Happy New Year.

On Xmas day it was doing a roaring trade. Unfortunately it was very noisy and it took about 20 min for our order of 2 coffees and 2 sundaes to be ready. Staff were cheerful though.

Starts with the management, terrible service. Has to be the worst McDonalds restaurant for getting orders wrong. I would say that over the last 3 years we have driven through to get coffees and food etc on 15 occasions and they have stuffed up the order at least 60% of the time. Ridiculous for a company that prides themselves on getting the simple things right.
The manager that is there most of the time seems like he wants to argue and doesn't care about the complaints. Very unapproachable, surprises me that this hasn't been fixed in such a long period of time. The normal rating I would give a McDonald's store would be a 4+, It's a shame that this is the most convenient to go to for work

Rude, rude, rude. I ordered my meal and they finally got it right the third time. At least i thought until I got home and found that four of the hash browns had what looked like a bite out of each one. When i pay over $30.00 for food i expect a service and to at least get the order right. In my experience with this McDonald's they have a 60% success rate in giving me the actual meal I ordered correctly.

Also a receipt was not offered when i paid for the food at the window.

Parking easy. Two drive thrus. Quick friendly service. Food always fresh and we'll packed.

Worse maccas i have ever been to went in at 2am to get a Large 10 nuggetmeal and a cheese burger they forgot my fries but packed Extra serviettes to make it appear the fries were there in weight give them credit for knowing how to trick people in thinking full order is there when it wasnt

Not coming here again. Only wanted 3 ice creams. 15 minutes later had to ask where my order was. Got ice cream which was melted.

Play land good for the kids. Food sheer disappointment.. Once waited 25 minutes for food.. Was ridiculous

This has become a local McDonald's to me. By far the absolute worse. I went at 2am and I asked for a 6pack fresh nuggets and waited in the bay for 6minutes only to have 2 fresh nuggets and 4 stale hard nuggets that I know have been sitting there for ages. Also the fries were so dry...they couldn't be bothered to even fry me a new small fries. Lazy!! Too bad I was eating them on my way home so couldn't return to them but I know a fresh nugget when I taste it. Also, the frozen coke I ordered was like a mix of grape and coke. This couldn't get any worse. Omg!

been coming here for a few months now, never had a problem and staff have been exceptional. In particular, Chris and Mikayla have been very good to myself and other customers 👍👍

AMAZING STORE!!! Such friendly service, I'm a regular at this establishment and I'm always served straight away by polite staff. My food is always hot and fresh, and correct. Definitely recommend this store to anyone passing by!!!

UPDATE 24/6: no sauce on truffle burger, cold chips
UPDATE 2/11: tangy coffee with off milk... ORIGINAL: Dry old patties and cold chips, I guess drive thru is another name for rubbish bin. Oh and must have run out of sauce.
