Mcdonald'S St Leonards

All Maccas are up and down when it comes to the getting the butter for the hotcakes to be spreadable but St Leonards is a disgrace, every day they are just frozen unspreadable blocks, lift your game

If I wanted to wait for so long I could've gone to a restaurant and not at a fast food joint

Okay. Open plaza can be good or horrendous depending on weather

Took over half an hour to receive my Big Macs

I don't mind if I get a sloppy McDonald's order. I don't mind when the burger is all squashed up and even don't mind when the patty is half fallen out of the bun. I don't expect too much from a fast food restaurant. It's when I have items missing from my bag which really confuse me. I have been to St Leonard's maccas only a handful of times and twice I've had missing burgers in my bag. This may be the hanger talking, but please check if the order is complete before you pass over the bag. It wasn't busy either, just lazy staff.

I always have complicated orders due to allergies but the staff here were very accommodating to that. They were patient and they got the meal all correct which is something that rarely happens when i go to any Maccas. Very fast service too.

They're service is getting better, however it's a 50-50 whether you'll get the food in a decent amount of time or not. Sometimes they're appalling slow (I've had to wait 5 minutes for just a coke), othertimes they're just swamped due to the convenient location and take a bit longer than most Maccas. Unfortunately it's a pretty inaccessible place, with there being only 2 5minute parking spots out the front of the station (which you have to hope are not gonna be checked on by rangers because the Maccas will always take over 5 mins).

You can't go wrong with this McDonalds, it's near the train station so it's easy to access, the staff are attentive and ready to help, and the food is fresh and delicious. I 100% recommend this place.

I ordered the fan feed box, took 8 mins to receive it (ordered at 1:37pm, was handed it at 1:45pm), the wrong burger was included. I selected the McChicken burger, but was given a Filet O Fish. As I wasn't in a position to return to Maccas, I thought that I would just have this instead. however it was inedible, as the bun was quite stale. i literally took the fish cake out of the bun and just ate that.
the chicken bites and chips were ok.
I don't visit Maccas often , and this experience is the reason why.

It took ages to recieve my order. McDonald employees were waisting time by chatting on the job and laughing whilst having 5-8 people waiting for their meals. I did recieve my meal non-the-less and it was the same quality that McDonalds usually provides. But due to the experience obtained from emloyees, I removed 3 stars.

Great service and fast aswell, always see a queue of people lined up and everyone seems satisfied with the environment, also there is seats outside to enjoy your lunch.
