Great service always with a smile. Beth served us and she was amazing. Always friendly, excellent candid spirit. Service was a bit slow from the kitchen but everything else was great.

Fast service despite being very busy. Made a few errors with the order but for the most part, I rarely had problems

I ordered food & ordered a spicy peri-peri sauce staff told me they don't sell those sauces, then i went to the other counter another staff can't assist me at all, i tried to go another counter and there i got the peri peri sauce and i paid for it. Staff here are too lazy, slow and very rude people. They don't deserve to have this job at all. They should be kick out from this work also i ordered a drink which i paid for it Ice chocolate with the large size sadly I didn't get it because no one assist me at all. very simple job do to they can't do it. very dissapointed with the staff here. they should be better than the other store because they are located to the most beautiful place in sydney.

Amazing food, but quite busy. Great for a quite bite. Good customer service. Loved it.

Ordered a coke. Waited for more than 5 minutes for the server to call my number. It turned out they forgot my order. What happened to the old days when the server immediately got your soft drink first?

A decent McDonald's with not much seating and no restrooms. Takes a very long time too order food and the staff look quite bored.

Went Durning Vivid, it was very busy! Tables were dirty and my drink was not fizzy. However the amount of people in there I don't think the staff could keep up with the demand

I've ordered two apple pies. Packages were for apple pies, but inside were not apple pies. Tastes were just caramel sauce, no apple at all. I'm so disappointed.

Menu and prices as usual as elsewhere. Better taste of food. Fast and amazing customer service. Highly Recommend!

Me and my comrad ordered and walked in the rain with the hope of delicious McDonald's keeping us going. I got the truffle burger and it tastes like balls. The bacon was outside of the burger, shrivelled and disappointing. My Conrad ordered a Angus beef burger but ended up with a chicken burger. Finally the ten pack of nuggets we ordered was replaced with three chicken patties in a box, with no explanation at the counter. Thoroughly disappointed and annoyed 😥

Even there are a lot of people, doesn't need to wait. Staffs serves quick and there are many touch screen order machines

This is your typical McDonald's (Macca as it's known here as well as in New Zealand). My partner and I came here to get something to eat as well as use their wifi since we were cruise passengers not wanting to use the ridiculously expensive wifi on the ship. Since this Macca is near Circular Quay, there's going to be a lot of people here at times so be aware of that.

Good experience and although when traveling you don't want to visit the US chains for fast food very often, it's always interesting to see the local take on McD offerings. We had the Aussie breakfast roll and "long blacks".
