Mcdonald'S Thornleigh

Very stylish for a McDonalds, coffee was great! Staff and manager very friendly. Food wasn't the best but I'm definitely coming back!

Always good for a McFlurry and hash brown combo. Compliments to the chef on the apple pies. 4 out of 5 Grubs

I would have thought that this McDonald's would be the show piece but again it fails. Orders wrong this time, last time very small amount of chips in carton and no chicken on burger. The manager on duty has apologised and supplied the correct items. You ask if things are so bad why do I go back location and travelling through, happy to discuss further if anyone is interested

This is a busy place with a quick turnaround. To access it go to the next Street over, their are traffic lights at the intersections that make it easy.

The training centre for McDonald's Australia is here, so means new ideas are trialled at Thornleigh before other restaurants.
Maybe they should investigate how to hasten their drive-thru... Parked in waiting bay for 5 minutes on a quiet Sunday evening.

Food great coffee was undrinkable. Old pauls milk used and you could tell. Hope its better next time

I have not been back since I saw a tall tattooed man hit his little boy who did absolutely nothing wrong. I think because the little boy could not eat his food because he was scared stiff of his father. He continued to hit him all the way to the car. Poor kids their father needs anger management. Bad memory put me off going there. Great coffee though.

Ordered a Jalapeno Wrap but the staff asked if I wanted pickles instead of jalapenos as they have ran out. NO...I didn't ask for a pickle wrap. So I went with a Spicy Wrap only to be told at the pick up bay that they don't have it either. Wait time was over 5 minutes.

Best maccas in Sydney. Balloons, colouring in, huge play area, great facilities for kids. Even has charging stations for electronics.

The location of this Mac's just before the F1 is fantastic.

Atrocious service from McCafe last night! I asked for a large cappuccino in a small mug for take-away, 3/4 equal and 1/4 sugar, chocolate on the side and the milk to be 1/3 skim, 1/3 full cream and 1/3 soy, extra flat and 1/2 froth but the bonkers looking boy who served me just laughed.. As I sexually identify as an attack helicopter, ready to help anyone in need I do not tolerate someone assuming my gender. When my coffee without the coffee was served (mind you, in the wrong cup) he said he was new and only knew how to do flat whites.... Seriously, if you can't do it, just ask for help..

Stylish, beautiful restaurant decor & clean comfortable dinning. Excellent customer service staff & highest standards. Lovely visit to the Thornliegh McDonalds store.

Travelling North on Pennet Hills Road, it is the last MacDonald's before getting on the M1 motorway. A very popular rest stop for travellers. An overflow carpark is available and is roughly a 2min walk. The MacDonald's corporation does its best to try and make this place a leading example of how other MacDonald's should look and work.
