Mcdonald'S Umina

Great staff and friendly service. They may take a while bringing your food in the drive thru but only because they are making a fresh burger or fries.

Ordered and PAID for my usual large coffee, waited forever @ the drive thru, to be greeted with a big smile and a medium coffee..I let it go..too late back to work! Grrrrr

Every time we go to this macca's we have to wait in the car wait bay it's so bad it has become a running joke within my family whenever we go there we bet if we have to wait or not and 9 times out of 10 we have to wait.
The staff are all pretty friendly though

Busy local maccas in Umina on Saturday. Food was fast and ok, chips were hot but too salty. My burger was not hot, meat and onions a little under done. The kitchen seemed too small for how many orders they were getting out.

barrister left on own while making coffees for drive through and main serving area.unable to serve McCafe customers. Waited 15mins to be served.

Handy and quick for those times you just aren't up to cooking! Everyone knows what to expect no matter which Maccas you go to. However the staff at Umina are generally very friendly and happy to help customers.

Ordered a ceaser burger twice now, first time they left off the bacon, second time they left off the sauce and the bacon. I'm guessing next time (actually won't be but anyway) I wont get any chicken either. 🤔Seriously, maccas, its not rocket science.
Not the first time for mistakes either....

Dining room was really nice and well renovated. I got a mcchciken but unfortunately the chicken was very dry and had probably sat there for a while before it was served. The chips and coke were good though and staff were friendly enough
