The worst macdonald ever...what the hell!!! there were insects in chicken club house 😡 🤢 to whom should I complain? It’s gross

This McDonald's is seriously the worst.
They are under staffed. What little staff they do have are rude. The food is never fresh. I'd advise driving to the McDonald's at Thornleigh.

A nice MacDonald store. Reasonable parking spots. Also, there's a kids play area if one has kids.

Usual fare very very slow service even at drive thru better value take away available rh turn just before bridge northbound.

Friendly staff and they're very efficient too. Definitely one of the best McDonald's I've been to.

Quite fast service, has a McCafe and is open 24/7. There is a play area for kids.

24 hour service at its standard. Convenient without compromising whatever standards McDonald's has for taste and cleanliness.

It has lovely staff and excellent food and I sure recommend this for people who might want a quick easy take away.

Probably the best Maccas in the state. Very few mis-orders and very efficient at the Drive Through. Does get very busy at the start and finish of long weekends and Mothers Day.

I asked for fresh meal, got part of the bun missed!!, and the ingredients looks not fresh at all. Got my refund, there is a lot of other branches better than this one, Not recommended

Always great service but the TV was way too lound and on the racing channel. Not great for kids to watch.

Really gone downhill. Introducing Create your taste was brilliant. However if you are not committed to deliver what is on the menu why bother? Twice in the last 2 weeks I have ordered and paid for Cheesy Bacon fries and twice I have been told "we don't do them any more" and one person they didn't know why as they were a best seller. No offer of a refund either! Why are they still on the menu? Also note.ordering machines not maintained too well, more and more times they fail to give a receipt.

Order took a while so I went and asked for it they were happy to fix my food. My friend gotta the wrong order and they weren't so happy to fix her food though.
