Mcdonald'S Wellington

Conveniently located on the main highway through Wellington. They've keep the restaurant and bathrooms clean and Tidy. The coffee are of good quality. It's a good so for travelers. The staff were friendly too and happy to bring the McCafe items out to your seat.

Just now at 10.45 the first drive through staff member was rude and unprofessional when we asked for a mcfeast her reply was 'no u cant have one we dont have the patties made' there was no respect or good customer service what so ever. She could have been more professional and said 'i appologise sir unfortunately we have no patties made. And yet they claim that the mcfeast is a larger pattie to all other burgers. Poor customer service

For a fast food outlet the tables and floors could do with more regular cleaning, staff could smile more but the overall cleanliness could be much better..cleaners required asap 1:30pm and about 4 tables being occupied not busy at all...pity

For a fast food place we waited to be served then waited again for our order to be provided. The old chips we found under a stool did not help with the cleanliness.
