Toilets are NOT kept clean. Young people seem to be affraid to clean a toilet unless they are made too. And this place has mainly young staff.

Disgusting food. Staff are great, however the food is very very disappointing. I ordered Quarter Pounder Meal and nuggets. The nuggets were cold and dry in the middle. The chips cold and soggy. The burger was not made fresh and was completely dry. This is the first time in have experienced this type of food from a MacDonalds. Ive always had good food, but this store give it a miss , terrible.

This is the worst place. My donut was stale. While eating outside an altercation erupted between two customers with every curse word. Not a family friendly place this place has gone down hill fast.

I've always had a great experience here. I think it may be my favourite McDonald's. Burgers are always stacked nicely and the fries always seem to be fresh.

A car pulls up after me in the other line and gets served ...then another ...and i could see their orders on the screen, so i thought there must be a fault somewhere. ..i placed my order and drove around and explained it to the young man with the headset on...he apologized. .. but then this girl walks over with attitude and says we have 2 people taking orders and thats just how our system works. ..everyone gets served at the same time...its no big deal!?!
1...i thought there was a glitch in the system and tried to help
2...if everyone gets served at the same time, then why was i waiting longer and served last?
3...i dont know how your system works, nor do i care ...if i was 1st in line i should be 1st served
And lastly she put me in such a foul mood with her bad attitude. I wish i got her name she needs retraining at the very least

I will never ever visit this McDonalds again....do yourself a favour and drive a km down the road to Hungry Jacks...much better service and food.

One of my worts macdonalds drive thru experiences. At first I asked for a large chicken and jalapeño macwrap meal with sprite for the drink. They told me that they do not sell those wraps anymore, which I found understandable. But then they told me that their sprite machine was broken and so I changed my drink. But when I got handed the bag with my food there wasn't even food inside, just many small paper bags. Plus when I went back to report the problem and got handed my food, the fries turned out to be quite soggy. The employee that served me and the manager did apologise but it was a very frustrating and dodgy experience.

Just moved to the area. Enjoy Maccas coffee in the morning if u want decent coffee or anything else don't waste your time or money here.

Time wasting if your going to Dine In as well as disgusting. Place is dirty, had to wait 10 minutes to get served followed by quite literally a 15 minute wait just to get my food simply because the employee was waiting to serve all orders at once and just left them to get cold (my order as well) for more than 10 minutes. Even after receiving my food, they still couldn't get my order right and FORGOT MY COFFEE KICK even though I've been standing at the counter for 5 minutes. I had to end up asking for my coffee and had to wait yet AGAIN because they didn't make it. So essentially it took 20 minutes to get my coffee. Great work. Felt somewhat sorry to be angry at the lad who did make me my coffee after asking for it and it was probably the best coffee kick I've had from any other Maccas hence why I give it 2 stars rather than 1. But seriously, up your game or I'll just end up going Rydalmere where the coffee is alright but the service is instantaneous. Worst Maccas I've been too so far. Congrats.

Of a morning, its clean, quiet and very professional. Quick service and great Mccafe food.

Perfect place for my son to eat in. We always have Mcdonalds after piano and etc. The service was very great. The girls were great. They even said Enjoy your meal. I recommend to anyone to this Mcdonalds. Best Mcdonalds.

Went there 2am 18th november on the way to work. Waited 15 minutes for a soggy aoili wrap without aoili sauce? Chicken nuggets were chewy and old? And the water bottle they gave me was opened so I threw everything out. These McDonalds employees really need to sort out their issues.
