Mcdonald'S West Ryde

2nd time going drive through during late hours of night only to find items I paid for missing. Last time the fries were missing from meal, this time the burger was! Both times were late night, there should be no pressure for mistakes. Very disappointing, will not be recommending friends to come here.

It's a Maccas, so basically the same food as every other maccas... No drive through, but restaurant is laid out well enough. It's actually pretty easy to get off Ryde Rd, grab a bite, and get back on road again. Has a party room which is at less and less McDonald's restaurants.

Ordering kiosks didn't work. The first one wouldn't even recognise when I touched the screen, the second one obviously needed calibration because when I tapped, it would think I was tapping about 10 centimetres to the left. Then when it asked me if I wanted the food delivered to the table, there were no table numbers to take. Finally when I finished the order, it asked me to take a receipt and then didn't print the receipt. I had to convince the person giving the food that it was my meal that she was calling. This was also about 15 minutes after I ordered. Usually McDonald's are all the same, this one was just aggravating.

Mostly fast service when going through drive through. Have forgotten sauces etc on a few occasions, but mainly good. Sometimes the burgers looked like someone has thrown them against the wall.

I came to the drive thru around 12:10 and ordered a mcChicken. But later realised that there wasn’t any lettuce in the burger. Even the person taking the order was very rude. Just letting you know I will never visit the restaurant again.

Drive through was quite slow. It could be just the day. Macdonalds taste the same everywhere lol.😀

Your standard run-of-the-mill McDonalds restaurant. It has a drive-through and a play area for children. There's usually no problem finding parking here, except at the very busiest times. The self-serve kiosks were not working on my last 2 visits.

Absolutely shite!
Service was appawling. Couldn't get the order correct. Then spent over ten minutes waiting for 2 Big Mac meals. Is this fast food? Obviously not!!

Rude staff. I entered 6am no customer where there but about 5 staff. Said "good morning" no one answered! no smile, after getting my order I said "thanks" but again no reply or welcome! What is wrong with these people??

This place has 60 cent soft serve cones. Would rather drive to the further McDonalds for cheaper cones. Otherwise fairly typical maccas.

Also, I don't bother getting coffee here, because it takes far too long to be served.

Don't buy coffee from this one. The baristas apparently don't know what they are doing. The long black served here is worse than over diluted soluble coffee. And the staff quite enjoy chatting while ignoring the customers.
