Mcdonald'S Woodbine

Apparently it takes a long time to add ketchup to a simple egg and sausage muffin......

Service was too slow

Ham cheese & tomato toasted sandwich, hot and tasty. Large flat white tasted bitter though, overall good value and enjoyable.

As I've said in my other McDonald's reviews: Reading other people's reviews, I think some people expect way too much from a McDonald's restaurant. It's not a 5 star restaurant it's a fast food chain. So no your food won't look perfect and sometimes there'll be a little bit of mess. So so many people walk in and out everyday and the staff work so hard and as fast as they can to satisfy all demands of the restaurant. And if you're not happy with a certain aspect, if you ask them they'll sort it out immediately. That's good service!

As for Woodbine McDonald's, this is a great McDonald's restaurant. The food I get from there has never not been of good quality. I've never received something from there that made me say "ugh that's annoying". The ingredients always seem quite fresh etc. I have never ever seen this McDonald's untidy either. And honestly I don't think I've ever had to complain about anything here. I've never received a burger or meal with missing ingredients from here. I must also say that this is the McDonald's to go to if all the other stores have the ice cream machines or drink machines broken, this place almost always has them working. I would definitely place this McDonald's restaurant in the top 3 McDonald's restaurants in the Campbelltown area, and I'm not entirely sure but it could even be number 1.

Used to be a good restarant, pitty about the scholars that work there now. Two chicks at the first window in the drive thru could not evan do the job of one person, too busy socialising. Your not going to get good fast service in the drive thru here anymore and when you receive your order, don't forget to check the bag.

Nicely set out restaurant and car park. I attended a few parties here back in the 80s. Ahhh, good McTimes :)

Entry and manoeuvring around the carpark is better because of its adequate size and shape.
The building is located in the centre and easily accessible with children's area.

Want fast and convienient service through drive thru? Well this is not the place to get it.
Guaranteed to stuff your order and you will need to wait in the waiting bay. This is my local, and I would prefer to drive to the other side of Campbelltown.
I jokingly said to an overseas friend "I bet you $5, that we will be asked to go to the waiting bay" she didn't believe me, and I was $5 richer. It is 100% certain you will need to wait and the order is right 50% of the time- Not what you would expect from "McDonalds Service"

I like mcdonalds especially big macs. Got two and both had no pickles, bread not toasted properly, very little sauce and meat was very cold.

Poor service, incorrect meals served, no where to sit inside, toilets were extremely dirty (toilets at Campbelltown Stadium were cleaner)

Very busy. Slow service. Watered down soft drink.

This Macca's has heaps of seating. It's one of the busiest and better run Macca's restaurants in the area.
