Dropped in only because they promise fast service and I was in a hurry
17 minute wait for 2 burger meals and chicken tenders
Miles of staff and very few clientele at the time also

Don't be fooled by how many cars appear to be waiting in the drive-thru. Even if you go straight to the window and place your order, chances are they'll say "can you pop around the corner and we'll bring it out to you?" 10mins later you'll have your food, not good if you're a taxi passenger. That said, it's a fault of upper management but the young guys & girls on the frontline are just doing their job.

Very poor custmer service not friendly asked for eat in at McCafe my coffee came in a paper cup and the muffin in a paper bag they had no spoons and muffin was cold!

Staff were very friendly & helpful. No problems finding a clean table. One of the cleanest. All age groups employed here & my pensioner dad really liked the current $5 value meals. Keep up the good work Maccas.

Consistently clean, fast and friendly. Shame it is not open 24 hours anymore. Only the drive through stays open now.

From their services and what I've had requested from the staff at McDonald's Woy Woy they had fulfilled my needs very professionally and promptly. The Manageress was very helpful and the Hot Caramel pie I had got was very warm and crunchy. Thanks for every one of your team and you have shown that you know your stuff!!!!

Quick, easy and fresh food. Service is great. Location is easy to access and leave. Convenient 24 hour drive thru.

Not bad, but the create your taste did not work so well. order sent back 3 times because of errors.

Ask for an extra sauce. Pay for an extra sauce. Ask at the window is my extra sauce in there? Yes, they say. Guess what: no extra sauce in the bag. Not rocket science, and they still can't get it right.

Pretty standard, usually crowded. Forgot my BBQ sauce with nuggets...Worst thing ever.

Service used to be good, but alas in recent times it's been much worse, rude drive through staff. I go to Umina Maccas instead!
