Wonderful team of property managers

Everyone was good accept for two ladies there, Vincene and Terese, they were hopeless, BEWARE of those two property managers

will not recommend or go with the realestate again , over priced the house and had no show on open house days ,, no lookers for weeks ,, paid a large $3000 marketing fee that included a 10 foot tall billboard at the front with a picture of my clothes line , what a joke , like that was going to sell my house,after the agreement had expired I went to another agent , paid only $500 marketing fee, has a standed for sale sign at front ,, advertised at a realistic price , had a good turn out on open house and sold within that week,,shop around ,, this realestate over price and over charge

Totally and utter incompetent people at this real estate will not return calls or help u in anyway waiting nearly 3 months for bond to be returned
After the house I leased was a safety risk my child was hurt after repeatedly asking them to fix safety risk as someone would get hurt was my 3 year old daughter not to mention sewage leaking from the bathroom the spider infestation the oven catching on fire and the list goes and then when chasing my bond treated like the scum of the earth see you in court

I have been speaking with a great number of agencies over the last 18 months, I must say that the professionalism of the girl on the front counter was amazing, (Adriana). He customer service needs to be commended. I could feel the smile come through the phone. I was then very happy to find that the service never stopped at that point, after she gave me the right advice, then put me through to the property management department, who helped me with advice on purchasing an investment in a particular area. Thank you very much Team McGrath.

I own a property in Paddington and received very good service from Chloe Anderson in property management. She leased my property in one open for inspection. She was always helpful and prompt in everything that I needed. I would highly recommend her to manage your property.

AVOID ! AVOID! AVOID!

"Chloe Anderson", possibly one of the worst property managers to ever get a license. She is unethical, rude, incompetent, and will cost you a world of pain and heartache over your tenancy tenure.

I am more than delighted to have finished my one year rental agreement with McGrath and I will run away as soon as I see their names anywhere near a rental property.

Looks like the whole business is based on dishonesty and I would recommend anyone who is thinking about working with McGrath to avoid them at all cost.

Writing this review, I can see that there are more people out there that had to deal with "Chloe Anderson" and share the same negative feeling, which for itself speaks volumes.

My experience with McGrath has been very unprofessional! DO NOT use these people. High turn over in staff and Property Managers with horrible attitudes! I attended my old property early in the morning to replace 2 light bulbs, waited around for an hour only to call Chloe Anderson who answered her DESK phone at the office!!! Mid winter, cancelled morning meetings to attend of a new job - she says she will organise her brother to attend the unit as he is an electrician AND THEN slaps me with a 179.00 fee taken out from our bond when I was at the property in the first instance. I will be taking it further. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Great experience renting through McGrath. The property management team has been great, very professional and prompt in communication. Our first time renting in Australia couldn't have started better than experience with McGrath team. 👍

We have have been working several years with Craig Donohue. He always has proven us top professionalism. He loves his job and is passionate about the sector, which he knows very well. Each time he amazed us with his results.
Craig is not afraid to put the hours in and is fun to work with.

Today I tried to contact the principle of McGrath to complain about Chloe Anderson regarding what seems to be some unethical behaviour from her.
I was not allowed to either have a contact number to John McGrath or even an email nor an email for his assistant.

When Questioning why I couldn't even send an email to the Principle who is responsible for running the office I was constantly told its not his problem and to contact property management. Really? Why have a licensee then if they cant monitor the day to day running of an office?

Seems like they have a good system in place so people are unable to complain to the principle, landlords keep away will cost you a lot of money and heart ache from the poor service.

As I write this review they have 2 stars... it speaks volumes about the office and its culture.
Very unhappy customer

It was a terrible experience dealing with agent named ' Walter Burfitt-Williams' from McGrath Edgecliff. He would not follow up his service commitment to his customer and NEVER inform interested party when the property was sold under the table or something suspicious...please avoid dealing with him, it's just a simply untrustworthy and dishonest process.

Terrible experience with James Wragge, we waited for his call back but he didn't do and when we tried to call him, didn't answer the phone. When finally I reached someone of the office, she said "the property was leased LATE last night"... no one called me back to let me know and we couldn't search for any property because we were waiting for James... VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stay away!

I was very disappointed with McGrath in Salem, Oregon. Wednesday September 21 at 7:15 pm we asked the bartender if we could get someone to clean off a table for us so we could have dinner. We stood around in the bar waiting for a long time. No one came to clean off the table. We finally left at 7:30 pm.
